I will give it a go Sid . Night for now .
Sid - It’s a big mistake when you analysing financial and risk analysis.
Not impressed.
Good luck with crippling those BOTS I think most retail investors would want them done away with too.
Fantastic write ups coming in and some very insightful posts,
I also noted the misconception that EMH own Cinovec 100% but think its just a mistake nothing more.
Feeling very encouraged of late even without news.
PS tesla bought land in raleigh and are advertising battery engineer jobs...go figure ??? 40 clicks away @@. Why build a battery factory near piedmont if it can only provide 8,000tpa ??? Tic toc for news to drop !
Fingers, I think you may need to go back and check the piedmont info you just put out ? 8,000pta of Lithium Hydroxide would provide Tesla its 33%.
However, there is still another 16,000tpa + drill results due which should increase the open end outcropping seam.
Not sure where you are getting the figures from but Sayona deal increases rock spodumene and probably insisted on by Mr Musk + royalties from anyother lithium rock sold by Sayona on top to Piedmont.
My guess is Tesla will buy out Piedmont mine anyway as Albamerle hydroxide plant and Livent hydroxide plant are 17km & 6 km by road and rail. They currently only process ore from South America ??? Bonkers to to process Piedmonts ores and save Piedmont or Musk US$375 Million in costs.
Just to set the record straight.
FYI, I too have been buying ASX and US EMHLF listing using some of my 100% profits from Piedmont. Now about 50/50 invested in both and the only 2 lithium plays in the world that are near bulletproof. I am extremely relaxed now.
Its not us and them, its rock v brines and who gets to hydroxide the quickest.
Side not, it may be possible that PLL will start construction by year end ... this year to be clear and stated by piedmint ceo. ( with mr musks arm firmly behind his back ! watch them to see how cinovec may play out. ). If one expends quicker I will balance and add quickly to the one with delayed production.
Win win on both as the US supports its own critical metal and EU supports its own critical metal, businesses against a targeted Chinese invasion. Rock solid both, literally.

Sid , Ant . My international account is open . I bought some shares today at $1.27 and will attempt to move them to USA , hope to pick up a few cents along the way . My main focus is to absorb that rogue bot of ours , and also move as many as I can to USA to even make our register even tighter . I can see our price will slowly rise along the way or at least will equalise with USA . I hate that BOT GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. I am obsessed to beat that BOT at its own game .
And MajorOak , " especially with Tesla as a potential customer." . He does not contemplate the size of the offtake , when we get our 20,000 tonnes , that will be twice and a bit of Peidmonts of 8,000 tonnes .
Well the report does not mention anything we don’t know but what is this comment..................?
However, something that is noteworthy is that European Metals owns the Cinovec project outright.
Moving on to the announcement of an offtake agreement, the relative size difference between the milestones becomes rather apparent. Looking at the performance of other companies, such as Piedmont (PLL) and Core Lithium, the company is looking at the potential to surge 400% after a deal is announced. While part of this is undoubtedly due to the hype that came from a supply contract with Tesla, it does serve as a fair precedent to judge the company, especially with Tesla as a potential customer. I don’t believe investors should expect such a jump, but it does remain a possibility. However, a measly 75% jump can be expected as the company reduces its risk.
Finally, the release of the company’s DFS will likely see the company’s value rise by around 60%. The release of the DFS is a significant step in de-risking the company with the cementation of future operations. With these future revenues secured, and a secured buyer for a portion of the offtake, the risk for the company will have dropped significantly. The three catalysts, combined, will lead the company to rise by at least 150% by the end of the year. But, again, this isn’t where the lion’s share lies.
I think this is actually a pretty good report and does highlight the downside risk, so many brokers produce carp reports with all smiles but not the worts. This has the worts too, BUT the value increase is in line with mine from 4 years ago.
As always just get blooming mining asap and pleeeease get this mine open in 2024. It should have been mining from this summer orginally.
A very good and fair report.
Unless I have missed something, as I quickly glossed over it, the report indicates that EMH are the sole owner? The credibility of the article is questionable if this is the case.
That was a HUGE 'plus' in terms of the forthcoming market.
EMH really is in a golden position
