Replying to gsdsitgs and CZLi, yesterdays RNS was to announce the change of company secretary to Dennis Wilkins ,Mr Wilkins is the founder and principal of DWCorporate Pty Ltd. If you look at their website his speciality is fund raising. http://www.dwcorporate.com/our_team.php
Potash and Tungsten as well?
Due any day now
GSDSITGS. Were you refering to the German side Zinnwald? I know it will have less credits than our side does , The drilling will no doubt confirm what is down there.
Please quote your source GSDSITGS.
This is your first post on here and I find it hard to believe.
The project first came to the attention of EMH as a Tin mine, not a Lithium mine, and you now say that there will be no Tin credit? Tin has been mined here for 600 years.
I understood that the tin and tungsten added value to the whole project. Are you now saying that their value is minimal?
Talk about doom and gloom.
gsdsitgs - You sound like you know what you talking about.
I'm not sure it is truly derisked, that is what they wrote in their investor presentation, yes. However, the CEZ participation isn't just free money given to EMH. It is a convertible loan, not even given to EMH but to the Geomet a.s. subsidiary, with an 8% interest rate. They can then convert it to equity (5%, and they have 51% in Geomet).
So the only thing that is derisked is that the company won't run out of cash in the next 2-4 quarters. What happens then is a big unknown. The Germans (Zinnwald, Erris) on the other side of the border are definitely much less optimistic about the project.
Also the original plan counted with extracting other metals (tin, perhaps tungsten...) but after research done by Severoceske doly (CEZ subsidiary) they found out this doesn't make sense (percentage not high enough, not magnetic enough) and the only other thing besides lithium that can be processed (according to current plan) could be cement production.
The original feasibility study said Avg Production Cost (without credits) $5,211 /t and Avg Production Cost (with credits) $3,483/t. The second number now seems out of question and the reality will be somewhere in between ($4500-$5000/t ?). So the entire project can be revaluated.
Drill results will catch everyone out. Bargain prices for a Derisked monster like EMH.
Will be buying more over the next few days. Happy Tuesday all.
Another 6 percent down today on the ASX, back to 0.39, there is no momentum, sorry for the ones that bought at 0.50-0.54 but with no news they should have seen it coming......
In August, European Metals (ASX:EMH) kicked off advanced resource drilling at its flagship Cinovec hard rock lithium project in the Czech Republic to convert existing indicated resources to ore reserves.
This will also obtain ore samples for the next phase of metallurgical testing.

Emh ASX down 11.7 percent, at some point was down 17 percent down to 0.39. It looks like the pump and dump from last month from 0.41 to 0.54 and down to 0.39 is over. Doesn't surprise me at all, it's expected with no news justifying the moves up and down.
All good anecdotal news but we need someone to link these themes to EMH before we see “boom” and similar stupid phrases.
Fingers crossed
Our estimate is that the European automotive industry and cell production will require something like 250,000 tonnes of lithium chemicals annually,” Finnish Minerals Group chief Matti Hietanen said during a panel discussion on October 27.

Wont be long til we hear some funding news I suspect .
You’d surely have to read that as ‘EMH would be on Albermarle’s radar as a possible buyout target’. Lovely to be noticed Fingers

colinH100 im with your comments all the way , unfortunately other companies are losing money hand over fist the end of year results for some companies will be horrendous , most not announced yet , a country lockdown has been hinted at and if Trump loses the dow should tank The Dow down 900 at the moment its disappointing as we were hoping to hit new recent highs seems 25p is it for now if the March covid lows are to be revisited then at least it wont be just us and wont be a reflection on this great investment just us following the index.
I am afraid next week after US election results we can see price drop well below 20 again. If this happen I am going to buy us much shares I can and wait for anticipated news coming shortly afterwards.
This price drop is ridiculous. The World's not coming to an end. We'll have to learn to live with covid, as with flu and the common cold, unless of course an effective vaccine is produced. Talk about panic. I dread to think how many poor souls have perished from cancer and other conditions because of lack of proper treatment.
yes stock market as a whole is not looking great , but EMH have managed to navigate through those times very well IMO .
Big sell off everywhere. Good time to accumulate. Other wise have to wait for some good news regarding Covid.
I'm really sorry gents, still holding 20k plus but had to sell 15 this morning and have piled in more into CHAR. I believe it will do significantly well as with EMH
Dow futures down 480 points, third day in a row going deep into red, ate we heading slowly into a mini crash again? All of Europe going in lockdown, the world economies can't lift up with covid causing havoc for a second time, back to normality looks very far away, thus is not doom and gloom,it is the reality. Projects like Cinovec may take longer than expected now. Just saying....
