Lithium project in Serbia in trouble: https://www.miningsee.eu/protests-against-rio-tintos-future-lithium-mine-in-serbia/
So you're saying what about our pricing Fingers? Based on market pricing or what? 10% discount? Set fee $7k per tonne?
This can't happen Noise "being a cynical old fart I suspect the first 25kt will be dedicated for CEZ at "mates rates"," it is written in our contract .
I doubt CEZ will ever sell its 51? stake of Geomet. More likely CEZ may buy the rest in future. Reason to start trading Geomet shares in Prague is political in order to secure EU cash. As soon shares are listed in Prague announcement about EU money will follow with CEZ new JV with some TOP battery / car maker follows shortly afterwards. Very exciting end of this year. Brussel going pump money again to EU countries and with end of Covid effect on market in sight, share price will go somewhere to stratosphere, that's how I see it right now.
Czech Gov/CEZ have their 51% and can take their 51% of profits after costs of course, EMH get 49% of profits also after costs and miscs,EMH are going to list seperatly from CEZ, I dont know How the Czech government manages its shares in CEZ but surely when EMH goes up due to investors buying and only having Cinovec as its only source of income its likely that CEZ or the part that owns its 51% of Geomet would attract buyers also? I just wonder tho if there isnt some one big out there wanting a BIG slice of EMH CEZ dont need to buy more to control things but more would mean of the pie but more risk, some one else with expertice out there hovering? Just saturday musings ........
It is interesting pondering how this share will go. Presumably if the mine was not viable the govt wouldn't have had so much interest in it.
If EMH was being sold off, they wouldn't bother listing on the Czech market. The government wouldn't want that unless it would be a massive success, but wouldn't want the price to escalate until complete.
This is arguably one of the most politically manipulated shares I've seen in recent years, but there seems to be an agreeable timeline of events planned now.
Listing "this quarter" implies by the end of November to me, otherwise they'd say "this month". Fingers crossed.
Once on Czech Market, Czech govt will be merrily ramping the living Christ out of this share. As the largest potential in EU, this seriously must be in the 50-100ktpa range. I'm a bit fuzzy on what the margins will be, being a cynical old fart I suspect the first 25kt will be dedicated for CEZ at "mates rates", with perhaps the 2nd and 3rd phases going onto the commercial markets.
In terms of SP, if we are being royally shafted this is a £1+ share by 2022. If we are not being shafted and the Cexchs truly want to enrich their citizens, £7+ by 2026.
I can't remember the last share that had such wild potential and controversy!
years of waiting coming to an end. ( should have read)
has he ever been any different ;-)
Nice update today years of waiting
You're a cheerful soul, Tsibis.
Prague listing ongoing
Proposed Czech Listing
The Company is in discussions with the Prague Stock Exchange regarding the proposed listing of the Company's securities. Given the high profile that the Cinovec Project has within the Czech Republic, the Company would like to provide the opportunity for Czechs to invest directly via their domestic exchange. It is anticipated that the proposed listing will be completed in the current quarter.
Dow futures down 500 points, looks like another day of carnage will follow in the USA and the rest of the markets will follow as usual. This may continue until after the elections. This time around I don't know where it will bottom but it doesn't look very good.....

KABOOM!
Those of us who have held EMH for a while know that it's going to happen. And when it does it'll be a real eye opener. It's just a matter of when.

When it does blow, it will be SPECTACULAR.
But for now, all the sellers are going to look back and regret their lack of faith.
Come back and take a look in 5 years time ( or sooner) and MARK MY WORDS this firework will be massive.
