I see a small flurry of pizz pot buys pushed the share up,
Big volume today - 82 shares traded total!
I’d have thought since EMH effectively manages operations of geomet our timelines prior to radio silence would be the more reliable indicator
Thanks Tom for your input. Must admit this news has left me a little deflated when it appears that there is no agreed timetable on first lithium between the two partners. This has been discussed on here before when discrepancies were noted between both based on media reports. My question is, if CEZ are not pushing full steam ahead with this project what are their reasons? Baffling.
Sivad I specifically asked about this at the AGM last week and the fact is we can guess but there isn’t a publically disclosed position bis a vis DFS timeline by KC now - this isn’t EMH’s disorganisation or anything like that, it’s been a deliberate and conscious decision to avoid any talk surrounding timelines because of the discrepancies between CEZ’s outlook and ours, and (IMO wisely) the decision was made to avoid any public argument with any government or CEZ narrative, in order to keep things moving along as smoothly as possible. It was calculated that there’s nothing to gain by engaging in a public fight, but also it is expected that the DFS expected timeline will be publicly disclosed in the near future once govt has officially been formed and discussions had and alignment reached. I’d say we’ll have a target DFS date within a matter of a month or two tops and I’m guessing it’ll be close to what fingers reckons

Updated PFS Late Next week maybe
TRY April
Sometime mid next year.
Can anyone remind us about when to Iexpect the DFS?
Mick, I guess we’re looking at a massive reorganisation of the way supply chains are going to operate. We’re in uncharted waters as to how these large oem’s and battery manufacturers are going to go about their business. What I will say however is that those who think it’ll be ok in the long term may just find out they’ve been left at the races and hence no longer have a viable business. Fortune favours the brave and I’m expecting the unexpected in the next year or so……
Mick: Lots of possibilities I guess by the time we get to the DFS.
Great Wall Motors I think we’re the the first to buy into a mine.
Technology disruption changes everything.
VW have just bagged the Apple global battery development boss,a real coup. That’s not the only exec Apple have recently lost to an OEM either !
GM67 - cez / oem are not exactly mining experts. Surely they'd wait until at least in, or near production prior to any moves, and that would mean more value for current holders?
Or what about if CEZ initiates the buyout price that is contained in the shareholders agreement. Once that is finalised they can sell off chunks to an OEM (probably at a higher price or lower % of overall mine) and keep control
I would have thought that an OEM powerhouse would be exactly what CEZ would want. Shared costs, recognition that they have a viable partner and the ability to do other deals re Li based on this partnership with other customers. For me it’s a win-win for everyone but of course for this to happen emh need to agree to sell at a price. Penny for everyones thoughts
I have been saying that this should be the aim of most car/ battery manufacturers for years, was poo pooed, because why? buy when you can get a contract? well now seems the why .GAURANTTEED as much as anyone can of getting the Lithium at a good price if you own the MINE!
with regards this to EMH as CEZ have 51% I dont know if they would want a partner with clout even if they still retainded the 51% ? but it could happenand CEZ may want more too....

Not emh related but have a listen to the second half of the interview regarding oem’s looking to get involved in the mining business. The example and figures he talks about make complete sense…..
