Who's their source for saying the DFS will be ready in a few weeks? Interesting considering KC said he hoped to have an offtake sorted before it arrives.....
So now there is a whiff of doubt !!
Really, you COULD make this up. There clearly is a demand and the EU is lagging behind so much so that supply chain will involve the Chinese to fill the gap because of over-postulating EU/UK poo-liticians.
CEZ has said it would decide by the end of the year whether to go ahead with the project, but indicated that it looked likely given the outlook for demand for lithium, used in batteries. (Reporting by Jan Lopatka; Editing by Alex Richardson)

This cooperation received a new impetus after the Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala and the Saxon Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer signed a memorandum on cooperation in the implementation of projects of strategic importance in May 2023.

Wernt there going to be a speeding up of the EIA processes of consulting as many interested parties at the same time? a certain time frame? or was that some thing yet to be ticked off as actually happening?
I guess they have gone from 100% ownership, but no real idea how to progress things to being a bit of a passenger to the majority shareholder. I listen to CEZ and EU more than KC now, no real idea of how Geomet are operating either
I've heard KC talk about have discussions with potential off-takers for 8 years.
How many off-takers do we have?
EMH has went from not doing any work, because they didn't want to be in the public limelight while Babis' government was around, to not doing any work because they expect the current government and the EU to do everything for them.
Ah, nice to have something stable in life. Like, when a relevant RNS is late, you can count on EMH to announce the issue of shares for cheap options given to someone for no apparent performance. Nice!
There are also interviews where "Early" Q4 was mentioned.
There are also interviews where he mentioned samples and results would have been publicised by now, which he also stated in this interview were still being processed......
Recent presentations etc KC seems to have homed in on “probably November but certainly 4th quarter “
The Parliament’s industry committee will be voting on Thursday (7 September) on the EU’s draft Critical Raw Materials Act, which aims to reduce the bloc’s dependency on China and other countries for metals such as rare earths.

No they cannot as it was always stated 4th quarter Keith is on record latest presentation saying October/ November.which is 4th quarter.
Can someone point out to me where it was stated that sept was the month that the dfs would be released?
The problems existed long before Brexit with the Czech Republics politicians specifically babis trying to wrestle the resource for his own nefarious gain but under the guise of patriotism.
It wasn't a drop on "no news" It was a drop in news that the DFS will be later than previously reported, which has probably happened so many times now that it's into the double digits.
It's cute how the problems that didn't exist before are not about Brexit, but the politicians, yet the EU is the cause of all problems on the merrier side of the channel. Lol.
Anyhow... Back to the problem at hand: quite a drop for no news beyond the usual minor incremental delay. Zinnwald went up to make it stranger (i.e. it wasn't the German push for tax break for synthetic fuels).
Agree here there are people all over the UK who blame Brexit if they catch a cold or if it rains ! Its true Brexit hasnt been negotiated well but the global markets and economies are mostly in the toilet. And unlike the old saying about Wall st it appears now if Bejing sneezes the world catches cold !
"Drag of Brexit" not clear at all, the EU is going down the pan and UK economic indicators look much better.
It's clear the drag of Brexit on the UK economy has been significant, what isn't clear, is whether there is a sensible plan over the next 10-20 years to undo the damage and provide the additional GDP growth to catch-up. Based on the trade deals done to-date, I'm not very confident.
We managed before we joined the EU and we will thrive now we've left. Thanks for your interest.
How's Brexit working out for you guys? :)
I don't believe a single claim the EU makes on Li, Green energy et al
