Do you have any source for who's on the Geomet board please? Nothing on his profile or appointment:
https://www.investi.com.au/api/announcements/emh/eef8de14-63f.pdf
https://www.europeanmet.com/board-and-management/
Was expecting it to be Keith and one of these:
Simon Edwards - Corporate Development Manager and Chief Operating Officer, Geomet s.r.o
Richard Pavlik - Executive Director - Richard is the Chief Advisor to the CEO of Geomet s.r.o.,
He's on the geomet board. 2 from EMH, 3 from CEZ.
He is a non-exec so how much is he privy to exactly? Doesn't mean Keith isn't in any negotiations in my opinion, or perhaps the negotiations are with Geomet directly and he may not be party to that?
I thought the same - Would be insider trading to trade stock based on non-public information such as an offtake, M&A, buyout etc.
To me, this is good news in the long run as it shows confidence in the company. Short term, however, this suggests nothing juicy for some time. There's always next year...
Does anyone know what the rules are regarding buying/selling stock for directors and company news with certain timescales? If directors are tied then maybe this means we have no imminent news in the pipeline…..
At least Lincoln Bloomfield Jr is confident and bought a few more shares. Director buys are a positive action.
Fyi..... Elon rumoured to have been in Europe for a few days https://twitter.com/ElonJet/status/1542694973535129600
Oh thank you - note to self - keep up to date when on holiday in Spain- less San Miguel and more reading !

This is the original newspaper that is referenced:

"Sächsische.de has received an anonymous letter claiming that Tesla boss Elon Musk will come to the Eastern Ore Mountains in June with a clear goal: "According to my information, he is very interested in buying into the logistics of lithium mining." , according to the anonymous sender."

Thanks for posting the link up,
Worth remembering what Keith has said recently, certainly possible something has leaked from somewhere.
https://youtu.be/Egnk8VfzIZU?t=35
"I think there'll be some some positive developments that have come out of this trip and the next one which is planned to be very soon you know we'll be able to update the market on those developments as soon as we ink them"
I must have missed that communication where KC said the inking is near - I do however remember a poster here making the said point on KC’s recent visit to Germany!
Happy to be corrected.
Well, I am still expecting some news relatively soon once that inking has been done. Confident that Keith would not have misled us about that. On that basis, just topped up again on this little dip. GLA
An operational update - we are fully ready and on the final agreement of CEZ gigafactory the DFS will be released and a decision to mine will be announced! Simples (wink emoji)
Well, perhaps. But you're not suposed to be allowed to withold significant developmenmts from the market.
Absolutely re op updates.
Maybe a little optimistic, but perhaps the reason nothing has been announced is because releasing positive news in this market right now would just be out-sold and would have a lesser impact on the SP as opposed to what would happen if it was released on greener days.
Maybe save the really good news for better days, but heavens forbid we get some operational updates out in the meantime.
So what's happened to this supposed 'waiting for something to be inked'? That implies the talking is over and something just needs a signature. This was mentioned weeks (or is it months?) ago. So...? err, and...?
