He also mentioned a floor price to offtakes, which would be a huge boost for financing. Imagine that - a guaranteed price higher than the PfS (which it would surely have to be in today’s market)…
I particularly liked the 5-6 minutes section on off-take discussions and strategy which I've transcribed here - quoting the summary below:

i'm more interested in signing the right off-take agreement than signing one just for the sake of it and you know i think it's fair to say that a number of the off-take agreements we've seen announced by other companies are really just an option on behalf of the buyer, we would rather do something that's a little stronger than that.

Herbert diess has survived another encounter with the management oversight Committee. This mean full speed ahead towards Electrification a new plan to accelerate the change over to EV. This includes supply line integration and vertical integration to cut costs. The panic at VW is well and truly in full flow

Agree totally. The OT deal will be on CEZ terms and they will take the entire production for the factory. But what is wrong with that?
I tend to agree Ghin. I can't see all the local European car manufacturers letting Tesla in to steal the most local of local lithium supplies they could get. I'd be very surprised, however nothing really surprises me with regard human nature anymore....
Been here since 2015 aswell. It does look very promising as it stands.
CEZ will prioritize the relationship with VW; that's what makes most sense for the Czech Republic given VW's supply chain and presence via Skoda. A Tesla offtake is pretty unlikely before that happens. Keith pretty much implied that they are not in any kind of hurry to sign offtakes, the time works for us and we can keep on negotiating until the decision to mine is on us mid next year - I would be very surprised to see any announcements before Christmas. Just my opinion obviously.
Same here Fingers,
Hats off to you all for the patience, foresight and regular posts.
Santa maybe flying over with a sleigh full of Li deals I hope.
Tesla all the way for me!
Big boost for renewable china and USA signed on to cop26
Been a Long wait Happy , since April 2015 . Never thought it would take this long . Just can't wait for a Tesla Offtake now and BOOOOOOOMMMMMM !!!!! Mayba A Santa Present this Year .
fully agree.
Kudos to all who had the foresight & got in early enough.
As soon as the DFS drops it will go to the moon
So CINOVEC will be first in EU.
Community support is strong.
Permitting is good.
Region crying out for production.
Offtake discussions are basically in motion but they are waiting for the right one
When the eventual offtake RNS drops this board will be electric, GLA
.
I'd take their opinion seriously if they new what a mineral was.
Great link 'mac' USA list of the 50 contains Lithium (as you would expect) and also all possible by-products resources of about Rb=Rubidium; Cs=Cesium: Sn=Tin; W=Tungsten.
This is good and the question has been sent to KC on this issue - I do not expect an immediate reply but suspect that we may end up with process material containing the 'extras' to become the new post Lithium 'tailings' which would be a shame imo.
Phil - was considering taking the hit of selling my NCYT stack to place here but then there was movement in both sp's - I am about to scan my house for bugs (audio/visual monitoring devices) ;-)).
FOMO - the hardest of emotions to grapple with - I am sure that I am not alone on this - MnMs thrive on it ;-))
GLA - let this forum continue to be one of intelligent and useful information - for as long as possible anyway !!
BM, worth noting that European Lithium jumped 43% last week.
"USGS Seeks Public Comment on Draft List of 50 Minerals Deemed Critical to US National Security and the Economy "
"Lithium, used for rechargeable batteries"
"Tin, used as protective coatings and alloys for steel"

The stage is set up nicely right now.

your luck has nothing to do with the proven resource & whats coming.
The world knows this is coming . . .
You're right, Cyfalafwr - I should put my money where my mouth is...
Alas, I don't have the guts as knowing my luck, we'd never see <£1 again!
Not trying to piddle on anyone's bonfire, but we've been here before: Daily rises of 3-4p to just over £1 then a trickle back down to low/mid 70p. Fool me once...
Agree, also an option to bank a bit profit if you get timing of selling and buying back in correct.
To be honest I now don't mind if the huge increase comes pre or post DFS.
Everyone who's invested & followed EMH knows the play & a few months patience will be hugely rewarded.
As we approach 2022 the Majors are going to be soon in a frenzy to secure supply, then the bid-war for the facility begins.....& bidding = big profits!

Like I said, don't want to be a downer as ultimately this share got some legs to it (way beyond £1), but until I see an RNS then I'm reluctant to get excited.
The slightest whiff of of take this is going to the moon. EMH not very leaky though. Watch the volumes probably big increase before any RNS???
only the recent movement of SP upwards and size of one of those buys the other day... maybe some one knows some thing? DFS wont be till early next year so thought maybe Off taker news , it could just be new investors getting in before the DFS , and any possible OFF TAKER NEWS , They got to arrive at some time....
