I’ve got a lawyer mate at Companies House he reckons the majority of these types of glitches!! Are inside jobs
So. Did we ever figure out who pinched the $2mm
All silent these days. Very dodgy.
Flush twice ,, it’s a long way to Perth
Why would you buy, these are surely dead in the water.
The 8.01 am 300,000 sale was my buy so i'm sure some of those other sales are BUYS!
Should be an efficient Bod who keeps the shareholders up to date ,works hard and makes informed CORRECT decisions - i suppose we can all dream
Should be many multiples of current share price. Great entry.
Once bitten ,getting my hard earned back will be a miracle never mind a profit ,you can ramp all you like matey.
Our asset is for sale and it certain that it is in multiples of the current share price making this an excellent chance of making big money. Could be several times the market cap. Lot of upside. Whiff of a purchase and up we go...
IMHO, the timing of the shares allocation indicates that the deal is very close. A bit of excitement….at last. GLA.
This could be upwards of 7 pence. Even if it is only 2 pence. That`s 100% upside. LOL
"This arrangement will conclude on the earlier of 31 December 2023 or the signing of a binding agreement for the sale (in part or whole) of Empyrean's interest in Mako".
Hey guys the sale of EME interest in Mako is multiples of the share price. GET IN NOW
I'd say...
Do I read that correctly, for just three months 'work' TK awarded himself 2.1M shares instead of a salary?
He must be very happy indeed.
Many multiples of the share price. Great recovery play here now.
This share is the best play out there for massive gains. Expect news soon.
Got to be worth 3-7 pence a share. 300% upside at least. Anything under 1 pence is a steal. Going to be a deal sooner or later and our asset is worth multiples of our current share price. Does not account for the California play either. Far too cheap. Great turnaround play here.
The bod should be sacrificing their own shares ,never mind diluting other share holders. pity they are not paid what they are actually worth, although saying that nano dollars don't exist .
That's why it's important to DYOR and invest based on your risk/reward strategy.
"Gas sales will be priced against Brent oil." with Brent Oil still edging up i'll take that as a positive, of course it's nothing banked until a deal is done.
Have a great weekend all.
I'd say
Nothing is worth nothing until signed and the money in the bank
everything thing i touch is ****. everything. this is a big turd, like cine, like sensyne, like tui, like boo, like bvc. all ******* ****.
Juat to clarify, i'm not saying that is a definitive valuation of EME share, just discussion and extrapolating valuation based on Conrad CEO saying in an interview (along the lines of) that production costs would be low because of using existing infrastucture, cost at about $300M and they would look to reduce their holding down to 50%. Reduce this valuation and furthermore no-one is suggesting that they would get full price, still leaves alot, multiples of the current mkt cap IMHO
just a BB just a discussion just a view
as always dyor and dont take investment advice its your money at risk at the end of the day
GLA
If $300M (production cost) is equiv to 26.5% equity (reducing from 76.5% to 50%) then each 1% is equiv to $11.3M (300÷26.5) and therefore EME 8.5% is worth $96M (8.5 x 11.3) normal caveats apply
300M Development cost ,they are going to sell down to circa 50% to fund -so are we getting a free carry ? 8.5% of 300m is 25.5m That's a big chunk out of the valuation i would say .No one is going to give them any thing like pro rata evaluation if they sell it now.
