So to summarise between the squabbles...
- EDL will restart fulfilment of existing contracts of coal from next week. Doesn’t matter if it’s newly dug or sitting idle on a pile. GOOD NEWS
- Equipment and infrastructure should be good to go to allow EDL to continue operations until they hand over to ILTL on 1st Sept
What’s not to like. Apart from the MM manipulation?!
This will turn soon... once the MMs allow it.
Aerial - have been getting good returns on the gold miners.
Now it ids time for my LSE shares to start shining...

That's what I said, it spells the wrong words correctly! My spellchecker has a mind of its own, and likes to use its own words !! lol
It's not an argument, I'm just saying we need to see what is written not what is implied.
Aerial - what is wrong with this -
"IF there is not going to be AN production" :-) :-)
Yes I have spellchecker, unfortunately it spells the wrong words correctly! lol
No argument :))
esquimo - No agreement, all conjecture!
Why would AM say: "Until ILTL has completed its mobilisation activities, Edenville will continue to act as operator" IF there is not going to be an production before 1st Sept??.. As you say, and as I said (in a few words) Everything to start production is on site. If production isn't imminent from Edenville the previous and current operator there's something severely wrong. Edenville will be operating the Mine and Producing and Stockpiling Coal for the next three weeks plus until 1 Sept !!
All imo pdyor
If they can't clear a minimal amount of silt in a few days then they might as well shut the (ahem) gates until the next dry season. The northern area was ready for coal extraction when they shut down, It would be unreasonable to think that mining will not go ahead before the end of August. ILTL will increase production to satisfy the expected new customers.
There's little point in in arguing over something that will be decided in the coming few weeks.
Personally I wouldn't be so bold as to say "that's from the stockpile" because we don't actually know. Equally we could say "it's definitely from the washer crusher"..
I wonder if Diggerman knows lol
I wonder if people realise that "locking the padlock" is a metaphor. If anyone thinks restart means restarting the washer crusher at full pelt then I very much doubt that is happening. Restart is the restart of the mine facility, "first shipment of coal from the restart" that's from the stockpile. Basically, they have unlocked the padlock (remember that's a metaphor) dusted off the machine and will load from the stock pile next week once the road is fixed and trucks are available. Edenville are very careful to word their RNSs so that it gives the illusion of certain things happening, but you have to read what it says not what it implies. It does not state production restarts next week, it says shipment of coal starts next week.
I doubt we will be a coal producer for a few weeks, they may start in the run up to them handing it over.
