Note, up to 5000 (tonnes per month) of which ILTL are taking themselves. Thats before marketing it to any of there customer base, Edenville has its own pipeline to refresh to so I envisage them moving up quickly from the pent up demand whilst they've been offline all these months....a sales and marketing agreement with ILTL is due any day now to, as per 29th July rns.
"ILTL will also provide an anchor tenancy at Rukwa, via the initial purchase of a minimum of 3,000 tonnes of washed coal per month, before increasing to 5,000 tonnes per month over the ensuing 12-month period.....The Company also recently stated its intention to enter into a Sales and Marketing Agreement with ILTL to market coal to additional customers beyond Edenville's existing customer base....With the confirmation of the Commencement Date Edenville expects to finalise and enter into this agreement during August 2020."
More news incoming and I gather a steady stream of it from here on in.
DMcG54 lol
Thanks Tradey. I like this board, everyone is so helpful, some of the boards are riddled with scoundrels and nutjobs :)
Good catch, Tradedesk - thanks. Even more encouraging!
They currently have capacity for around 12500 tonnes a month. Aim is to ramp it up to this and then double it to 25000 per month by adding additional capacity - this is as per a June 2020 comment Alastair made to TMS research.
https://total-market-solutions.com/2020/06/10/edenville-energy/
Speaking to Total Market Solutions, Edenville CEO Alastair Muir said: "Our plan with ILTL is to build the market to 12,500 tonnes of washed product, then look at how we double that: this would of course mean we would need to look at additional plant capacity. But at current market rates, the business is very profitable with healthy margins"
MrNation - not sure. I guess there will be a limit based on the current capacity of the washer/infrastructure; not sure if there are any limits tied to their license. If we can reach 10k/month and the demand/capacity is there, why not more!
As it stands today, happy to raise a glass once we get the first tonne out the “door”!
Not long now.
DMcG54 - looking for that to change as its been dormant for too long. Few other things too but lets see how that goes.
JohnZ
Coal will never be $1,900 ;))
Although years into the future water might be!?...
If it goes the same way as gold has then I will be quite pleased.
Their Twitter account isn't very active though, some old posts
MrNation - lots of us have invested here - primarily because of our own actions in executing a trade, but also usually acting upon OPINION and INFORMATION from others on the board. There’s a lot of jam outstanding.
Expect nothing and you will never be disappointed.
Nicely placed. Now they need to hit a few targets and it will fly !!
All imo pdyor
I can't see Edenville BoD suddenly changing, but I am expecting a RNS on Monday stating as fact, that the mine is open.
Keep an eye out on the company @EdenvilleEnergy twitter account from next wk. Other fixes are being looked at to, to put in place some structured pr to better reconnect the market with the story. I think they have a rather good story to tell now ;)
Also throw in the recent appointment of ARCMs chairman Nick as NED and Rufus the donkey out, I am sensing a turnaround with Rukwa greenlight. Value will out.
John - MMs will collect as long as theres idiots willing to supply but they've just shown they're potentially vulnerable on the buy side, why else keep lid on the ASK. Note 62.3% of the entire issue here is held by 4 major investors who need this to work, they also took 71.2% of the last placing. The free float isn't actually that big at all.
TD why would we have dropped so quickly earlier on, if there is a large buy coming????
slashed only £1500 available at 0.049, anything above its negotiated trade only. Have a hunch theres a large buy being worked by MMs.
