I think for LTH their sentiment stems from being let down time and again and are actually desperate to be proven wrong.
Time will tell.
Next stop is the 'break even'
lets see

BE - I have never been anything but for AM and have posted this all the time.
I much prefer AM's RNS's as they contain meat, such as who has taken the shares, who has signed contracts for coal from EDL.
Something we were never privy to previously.
Seany, read most of the posts of the clowns who have persistently and continually try to lower the sentiment towards EDL.
If you cant see it you are either blind or dont want to !
Where is the character assassination?
He failed to deliver what he set himself as targets
failed to communicate with shareholders when he said this would improve and never did.
Killed the sp
Its obvious that he would not be on many shareholders Christmas list.
JZ, I get all the arguments !
I have never put the boot in when someone is down ( unless its a Scotland football or rugby team )
Why posters continue to abuse RS is beyond me, as their are a lot of despicable people around, who have done a lot worse things than RS is accused of. Character assassinations without honest proof by pretty dubious posters will always make me respond.
BE - what I say is what I have been saying for a number of years.
I had been asking for RS to cut his salary and it was only after he took all these 0.02p shares did he do anything. Yet in the previous 2 years he had increased his salary each of the years.
You presume what you want ! But the world I live in it's the captain that is answerable .As is in all walks of life . Anyway enough said . Onward and upward.
Bspark I presume you are one of ( Its not my fault ) kind of person !
We have a working revenue producing coal mine, unique in Tanzania for a foreign coal miner as far as I am aware. It's not so much the journey as the destination. Look around, look at Kibo as they are crucifying their CEO LC who as yet has produced absolutely zilch. We are where we are and have a working revenue producing coal mine in around nine years of a ten year project, and never forget to-date, Edenville survived the destruction of the RCPP. Imho irrespective of what happened and how we got here, we are here and still trading against the odds and that is all due to everyone involved, it didn't happen on its own, and as I said recently (everything considered) Edenville wouldn't be trading today if it was for everyone involve. Alistair arrived and is already taking credit for what went before after one RNS, and while I agree it's a Great RNS, it's not all of his making, he personally didn't get us this far, the employees of Edenville did. Alistair is just the next step in the journey imo

Maybe you could enlighten us to who we should blame for a 97% loss on the share price.
So, it is one mans fault !
Thank the Lord there are no more Judge Roy Beans and the like.
Who else do you lot blame when things dont go your way ?????
aerial - he has decimated shareholder value whilst reaping his own rewards from an inflated salary and a load of cheap (0.02p) shares. I do find it very odd that you continue to defend Rufus, despite the fact the rest of the BoD have quite clearly come to the same conclusion as a number of shareholders. Just remember - we are a loss making company, so it is shareholders money and debt that has supported us over the last ten years or so. GLA
That wasn't exactly rocket science to achieve that . Buy a few bits of machinery ,scrape off overburden waste dig out the coal and sell it to customers who were probably contacting edenville . I would imagine and hope even my 14 year old daughter could have done the same . He told the market on many times over many years that contracts had been signed up . They just vanished into thin air .No names given so no come back . But like I said ,he did a fantastic job for some , just not us . On a plus note like I mentioned before I believe the tide has turned. Only the next few weeks will determine that . By the way I first bought here over 10 years ago , and remember when a million shares cost near enough £20k .
Aerial - and look at the amount of money he took while dragging the SP down. He had the cheek to take an increase in the years he drove the SP from 1p down to 0.02 and he had the cheek along with Jeff to take shares at 0.02p?
He gave us a working revenue producing coal mine !!
Anyway that's in past now ,time to move on .My money is on a good blue day here .
Yout intitled to your opinion as am I ! Tell me one thing that he did in his time in charge that actually pushed the value of the company up . And don't forget he was even given a huge helping hand by the grace of god with the coal import ban . How many times and over how many years were we told "we now have sufficient funds to get to break even " also the timing of some of the news . Placing rns last thing on a Friday ! I'm afraid I will stick with my gut instinct. But it's just my opinion ,and accept it may be wrong .
Oh! the stories posters are making up.
Go on boys--- keep on kicking him, if that make you all feel better!
Nothing but modern day bullying, you are all effin pathetic.
Just have a think back to his time in charge . Absolutely useless and absolutely no share value at all . Without going bust he couldn't have done a better job of destroying the price with his bull.... since in charge . But that's done now . The crooks are now on our side imo
Did Rufus get a load of shares at 0.02p for his trouble?
In my eyes Rufus has done an absolutely fantastic job !! It's my opinion he has done everything that was asked of him to a T . The guys who are actually pulling the strings here are like ghosts . It probably went like "Rufus we want you to run company for us . You will be paid very well and will be given a handsome amount of shares for your effort . All you have to do is carry on from the last CEO and totally bring the company to its knees whilst we short the hell out of it as well . The worse you do the more we make !
Now move on - years of shorting is now flipped and I honestly believe as we can all read the wording etc in the rns ,s that all of a sudden the green light has been given for the powers to be to now make a fortune on an upward trend .
No doubt in my mind that's how this has been played . Think about it . A few thick skinned ceo,s that couldn't give a monkeys to the one appointed now ! Who already looks a different breed . Just hope the up trend incoming is as brutal as what the downtrend has been !!!!

Rufus was extremely guarded about everything that he ever said, and appeared almost scared that he would say the wrong thing. In retrospect, imo while struggling to paper over the cracks he would have had little choice but to adopt that approach to carry us through. Now there is something positive to say, Alistair is in the more enviable position to share it, and in some detail !
