Teaye - in all seriousness your email sums up what has been wrong with us as a company for years. I've no doubt everyone holding on here hoped that it would be all different under AM and, to some extent, it has been.
But, radio silence around one of the "potentially" transformational events in the recent history of this company doesn't support market confidence.
As does running the annual report down to the wire, despite having a further three months to audit, review and sign off.
Come on AM
Can only think it's because of one reason, that it hadn't been handed over as Diggerman stated. If they announced that, they know what would happen to share price, it would collapse back to 0.02p as people scrambled for the door.
Alistair you have to be open with shareholders, what had happened re mine hand over???
Still silence.
Really not very encouraging...
So much for all the talk back in July...

So they confirmed it approx 6 days later.
On the 26th August Edenville wrote
"Coal Mining Agreement ("CMA") with ILTL, which provided for a fixed rate mining and processing contract at Rukwa and which is scheduled to take effect from 1 September 2020."
The Agreement was due to taje place 6 days later, but no confirmation has been given, why???? Did the hand over happen????
If it took place that has impact on the share price, if it didn't take place that certainly has an impact on the share price. Either way we are entitled to know, as shareholders, if the hand over happened.
It's not rocket science Alistair, but it does mean you have to do your job and inform the market of what is going on.
