AIM is a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange that is designed to help smaller companies access capital from the public market. Placings and Consolidations are par for the course, it’s what it’s all about.
Without AIM it’s unlikely that the Company would have got off the ground, but they did and here we are!
The reason we are here at all is NOT imo because of Sally Schofield or Alistair Muir it’s because of Rufus Short and Jeff Malaihollo.

There's a dark side view, we've had two consolidations, numerous placings, numerous false dawn's, we've failed to get any serious amount of coal out of the ground, we've got to the point where we accept we just can't do the coal mining bit so want to hand it over, which is 11 months late. Yep, its all built on Rufus's hard work
Plus
There would unlikely be any larger investors as there wouldn’t have been anything to buy into. Alistair Muir is yet to achieve anything, but if/when he does it will be as a consequence of what went before! RS’s legacy imo !!
Sausage
One day you might look back and appreciate how much RS actually achieve. Without his achievements we wouldn’t be sitting in a position to allow the company, and with the help of the new larger investors to do whatever it is they intend to do. Without RS there might not be 173mt of coal, and consequently no coal mine, and they’d probably have gone under years ago imo

Lol
Aerial,it wasn't me it was Rufus who put me on the dark side
Sausage
That was many many years ago when your posts were more on par (and with a sense of humour) with other at that time. Sadly you moved to the dark side!
Aerial, when you said . I had no issue taking sos’s list to an AGM, you do remember saying Why would I argue for you, and then come on here and argue with you about what’s been said?.
Sausage - I left London many years ago and it would be a day trip out for me now. I simply don't have that time to spare.
Aerial, nice and calm, we are all enjoying the civilised way this board is at the moment.
Oh dear.
Thank you Sausage at least you saw my post for what it was! A perfectly civil reasonable post given that GW said it was a ten minute walk. I had no issue taking sos’s list to an AGM. Perhaps GW thinks it’s a bit below his station.
I would add that there have been no arguments because you GW haven’t been part of the debate since the 21st, but it looks as though you’re trying to initiate one !!
That is a great idea aerial, GW are you going? If so can you read our my list of questions, pleeease
It's really unnecessary aerial
There hasn't been a cross word on here since Wednesday lunch time last week. Can't we keep it civil?
Why would I argue for you, and then come on here and argue with you about what’s been said?. …
Perhaps if you write a list like you did for Sally Schofield GW might pop it along to the Womble Bond Dickinson Building by City Hall and hand it to the receptionist anytime prior to the AGM!?. …
Aerial, not going??? Who is there to argue for us?
If I was free, the ten minute walk to Borough Market would be enough to get me there
I’m not going, I don’t see the point
You must have had an early parking spot for y our BIKE in mind, LOL.
There will a RNS after lunch on the 30th July 2021 :))
11am Friday. Re RNS.
No I thought the AGM was on the 29th :-|
Is not Friday the AGM, I assumed that that your Thursday prediction was a bit of cynicism.
Aerial noon Thursday RNS.
The RNS after lunch on the 29th July 2021 is just a formality
