Eden are raising capital and offering £500,000 to small investors like me @6.5p per share min buy £500.
As someone who uses Halifax Share services , will Halifax notify me and offer shares?
Many moons ago a rights issue was via a letter in post.

Roll back 8 years The first order in Kenya
I don't think they have had a second !

"While our SA maize farmers are currently planting to feed our nation, our seeds supply team is shifting gears and full steam at growing seeds for the 2023/24 season."

Been invested with Eden for 8 years, good to see them transitioning from R&D to a profit soon with approvals and products brought to market. So mid to long term investors will only see large upward movement of the SP. Regarding the previous comment mentioning marketable products bringing no income in the past few years.. Eden had established pesticide products to compete with, the EU have now banned them all so let’s see where we are in 12 months time. The future is very bright for Eden
EDEN made it into top 5 of largest share fallers two days running.
Will Thursday make it three times?
Share price seems to be crashing back towards 4p.
The AGM has spooked the market it seems.
Maybe they have like you say , heard it all before.
"At AGM they said cash was ok " Well it 's difficult with expensively sought approvals in the USA and comtinuing losses thay there can be much left of the £2m t unless Smith has taken a haircut to his £360k pa salary .
There are only so many times you can say "hay tomorrow"
Sure the prospects look better .You would hope so
Lets roll back 5 years .
"Mevalone is currently approved in ten countries, including the top three wine producing countries in the world."
Looks like they had it pretty well covered then .Plenty of time to get established . Where are the sales? Its too hot , cold dry wet pandemic
I bought in at 4p and bought in today at 8.4p.
If they go south to 4p then might buy some more.
Can’t see many negatives at the moment.
At AGM they said cash was ok and they have products starting to come online and generate more income this year.
2024 will be the year the company shows a profit I think.
Having sold most of my holding at 10.6 and 11, 8p begins to look tempting - but this has happened before, and gone all the way down to 4p, so I'm staying out until money has been raised...
Did anyone here, go to the AGM last week? Had you done so, you could have asked the cash question and got your answer. I am satisfied that cash is not a requirement, the same as everyone else at the AGM.
For the new investors that have recently come into Eden, possibly on the back of the Daily Mail article by Joanne Hart, I hope you have done your proper research and understood Eden and its immediate prospects, let alone longer term prospects.
If you have simply jumped in because she said it will go back to 19p, then as we wait, you have likely taken your profit, but then in my opinion, if you understood where the Company is in its commercial journey, you would likely recognise that today's price is still an excellent entry point.
Eden's prospects are phenomenal and those prospects are immediate (2023)
We await Californian regulatory approval of Mevalone whilst other states can already buy Mevalone from Eden post regulatory approval earlier this year. So this is US income generative now.
Many states in the US have given regulatory approval for Cedroz and so orders will be coming in for this too. Again, Eden is now US income generative for Cedroz
Mevalone is widely available elsewhere in the world generating income and Cedroz will too
Ecovelex, Eden's bird repellent seed is seeking emergency approval and the current incumbent is off sale January 2024 leaving Ecovelex as the option .
See Eden's commentary under the Corteva heading For Ecovelex in the following RNS https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/eden_research/news/rns/story/xlgkmpr
Awaiting appointment of a distributor this year for Eden's first insecticide. Read Eden's opinion on insecticide sales from the 2020 AGM Q & A https://www.edenresearch.com/_userfiles/pages/files/r2020/eden_research_agm_qa_final.pdf. I suspect this figure is much larger now. It was confirmed that Eden 'could' invoice for insecticide sales, this year (2023)
The read post 14544 from AttyG on this link from another BB. It sums up the AGM very well https://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=27560896&from=14544
I’m up 100% in 4 weeks and will jump ship soon.
Should have when they were above 10p.
Bought at 4p.
But at same time not sure if to take a quick profit or leave as long term gamble …oh decisions decisions :-)
The project read great, however it’s been pumped up on so many investment articles and its PR machine is in overtime. I think
they will have a big cash raising from
a heavily discounted book and build soon and us private investors could left on the sidelines whilst the B&B overhang takes months to dissolve. Let’s see…..

Chart , weekly small body doji, candlestick representing indecision and lowest volume of 5 days in latest sp, rise. Weekly lower Bollinger band had stopped falling, normally represents a retracement, beginning. Fibonacci enthusiasts may well consider calculating any likely retracement level. Overall share is still bullish , with RSI, above 50, in weekly and daily çharts .

2020/21 and forward.
Well people are still buying in see the trades each day.
Profits can only increase as rollout and approvals come online.
It he shares did hit 25p once and I see 15p at least by end of the year.
So even buying in at 9p will give a 50% profit.
I don’t think you have missed the boat, the demand and roll out of these products will keep going, there as been a lot of news regarding deals signed, agreed etc , this isn’t going to stop here imo. Why would it when agriculture and fruit production is worldwide and the needs are very similar.
This news stream keeps increasing the price, profit taking will happen etc, but long term it should keep going.
I’m my opinion, We’ll see.
Have i missed the boat on this share ?. i spotted it @ 3.7p but never jumped in
Its the shorts :(
I don’t trade enough to pay for a live feed.
When I was working for Thomson Reuters I had free access to Eikon and real time data including latest trades , size ,of trade , price etc . I used to see the same small quantity trades.
Dursban is banned I meant to say below
Hi Tony
I agree the Corteva trial results are really good, I have a farmers hat as well, I see many maize crops ruined when birds have taken the seeds with many seed dressings banned this product is going to be in big demand, wireworm is now decimating crops big time now that Durban is banned, Any help there would be massive. The demand for these environmentally friendly products will be high and I do mean demand.
I think that you will find that there is no mystery and just "tidying up" exercise by a market maker who have to balance their books.
Also, what you see in buy/sell columns is just a computer "guess". Whatever the official spread is the market makers often improve on that but these platforms that are used cannot see that so just a computer generated guess around mid price.
Yes , I’m the same and pay the same to trade 1 share or 100,000.
But buying one share for 9.48p would cost me £9.50 in trade costs.
My guess is it’s a dealer/bank testing the market in prep for a larger trade?
