Just to further this:
Once a licence location has been applied for and application has been recieved/accepted by the state, no other company/party can stake claim...... The blocks are basically first come first serve.
Therefore, on the geographical location it is classed as our asset but under the block number it will have "(Application)"....... If you car to look at ECR's twitter page you can clearly see an overview of Creswick and inside the ECR boundary shows the term "Application".
Im sorry to go on but this is the sort of mis-understanding that allows people to get caught out by doc and his claims.
The fact is that these 2 new blocks that are in question have only been applied for between 31st August and 19th September. If they have been granted already it will be one of the fastest licence approvals in the history of Australian mining, id suggest even globally.
The licence will eventually be granted, but within the last 2 weeks is most likely horse dung.
Thanks for clarification
Thats exactly my point.........
The weblink you provided also shows the other licences as "current"..... Even though they are not yet granted. It also doenst show EL007484.
Your link is basically a geographical representation of where all current applied for licences are, not the application status.
Gino - I cannot see EL007486 on that doc you attached.
Whereas on the link I provided that licence number comes up as "Current Mineral Exploration Licence" in favour of Mercator.
Of course because you have been made to believe that the link is proof...... And as do most of docs followers take it for granted and make quick, unresearched investments.
If you look as this PDF:
https://earthresources.vic.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0004/586138/Report-3-Licence-Applications-202008.pdf
It will show you all current licence apllied for in victoria up until 31st of August. Neither of the 2 doc mentions are listed....quelle surprise.
What this document will confirm is the 3 licences applied for which are yet to be granted, one of which from early 2018......i cant say for sure but i doubt two licences apllied for at start of September have even been looked at, nevermind granted.
Please please please dont believe anything twitter pusher punt unless you cross the T's and dot the I's.... As its BS 99% of the time.
Fair comment Gino.
I just gave what I assumed was the source of this info (Victoria Gov website) and I welcome any interpretation of the search results
Mytton - that doesnt clarify if the licence is at the applied, pending or approved stage. Thats the whole point.
It has been very well publicised by CB in previous interviews that there is on going applications. If i remember correctly, including 1 to extend Creswick and one to extend Bailieston. These additional 2 are clearly additional to this
This isnt groundbreaking news to most of the well researched holders here, and with the greatest of respects you have appeared as if by magic pushing was Doc Holiday has punted.
Now further to this, if you look at post history, i mention a couple days ago about expecting the licence for creswick to drop before JV news. Before DH had a sniff about licences on his twitter. With regards to these new two licences which appear to have been applied for after the 31st of August, i would suggest that these 2 licences have not be granted....... Especially if the "major" 2 havent, which have been on going for considerably longer.
Whilst i dont deny the existence of the licences applied for, i certainly question the credibility of Docs "granted" talk. Given he has not supplied evidence or source data for his claim and has previous for pumping and dumping shares (specifically ecr), you must forgive me for not believing his band of merry men......i assume you can join the dots of what is implied.
As i said previously, there is a pattern that can be followed, most of the more established posters here have already decided to trade this one, i will hold off to see if i can get my target and ill be doing the same. If im proven wrong i still dont mind because im not trading my full holding incase DH has got an ounce of credibility....... I shall not hold my breathe for a licence approval RNS
Good luck to you.
Gino - why not look at the Gov website and see if this is legit info.

I think this has the opportunity to push another 10% off the back of this pump then id expect an rns Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning from CB stating:
"we are aware of social media speculation, we confirm existing applications made, howerever no such licences have been granted"
Or words to the affect, it wont be an instant kill because it serves well to sell warrants. If the big investors make money we make money.
Then it will drop back down and on friday, to pre ramp levels, all the negative folks reappear saying the stock is doggo turd.
Rinse and repeat, but i still believe you will be able to sell for 2.1 or 2.15 on Monday.......watch this space
In the ramping world of Twitter i believe Doc to be one of the better stock commentators. His tweets generally have substance and research backing his claims up as opposed to endless 'rockets' and 'to the moon'. That being said I'm always still cautious as when there's big money and greed involved, an underlying agenda can always be present.
He’s like so many twitter characters..big following which he and his mate Burton exploit to pump their paid promotions. He will deny it of course and his gang of sycophants will defend him. But he’s just a pump and dump merchant like all the rest just that he gets paid to do it.
I used to live in Scotland and there was a program called Chewing the fat......a series of little comedy sketches....very funny, although I didnt always understand the references.
Here is a little sketch I feel sums up Doc Holidays ramping, I think most here will find it apt:
https://youtu.be/gM8vOcxatsI
He is an entertaining character on twitter. Some he gets right, some not - like the rest of us.
DYOR he has his own agenda.
He called PAL right recently but not RR.
He has been hyping CHF for ages but fair play he stuck with his buy call even when the sp slumped.
Previous experiences shows him to be a pump and dump ramper. I'd expect another small rise on monday, then no rns arrives and his band if merry men offload and the share goes back to normal.
When the dic is in town trade the stock with the crowd
I see this guy has written some bullish posts on Twitter. I've seen him around before on aim. I know he has a following.
Is he credit worthy?
