“Fosterville is pulling the ore out at depth. Certainly we’ve got to continue following that mineralisation down. We’ve hit gold, we’ve had some assay results come through and we hope to be releasing them very soon”
“On the right train of the Fosterville gold mine”
Listening back CB and his comments, it sounds to me reading between the lines that at some stage, they'll want to drill this hole at a further depth after hitting Gold already, following fosterville drilling and striking at depth
Very positive
Interesting TS your comments about the Fosterville mine. He does like that comparison, or likes to take that direction a lot doesn't he.
Bring on the red dot
Bojo, I think gold is at or near the floor (all the points are in the many video links on gold price that have been place here recently).
Worldwide QE will drive POG ver the next year or two...and it will be interesting to see what happens if/when the Crypto bubble bursts.
Nothing to stop anybody buying physical gold as well if finances allow I suppose. Not something I have done yet but I intend to balance the portfolio.
How much lower will gold prices go I’d the question or what I mean in what is a good buying point?
Agreed, I'm invested long term and will continue to acquire more shares. This share is sentiment driven as the fundamentals are still in the hypothetical stage. That's why we invest at the coal face, future returns. There are multiple catalysts here for 100+% increases but in the mean time we will continue to have minor differing opinions.
Hoover, Reactions will vary dependent on if you see this as an investment or a trade.
Personally see this as a 1, 2 or 3 year investment with a top slice target set during that time....the rest will ride
0.1 here or there now has no impact on me whatsoever...more interested to see where this starts to go after the first assays as it will likely set the tone of direction for the remainder of the year as more and more results come in and a resource is proven up in 2 or 3 areas. And obviously the big bump up we will get if the JV gets completed.
For me the daily movement is just background noise.
Others however are in the 20% quick profit and jump gang and want instant returns...a drop will be more stressful for them.
Punter it's not a conspiracy hahahaha
There's a block listing for over 120M warrants......
....plus selling into low volumes = poor share price movement.
The volume was low when the PoG was 1850 and is now sub 1700. Sell into low volume the price goes down
Not rocket science
Of course it has a impact and whether it's a production company or not has little impact, what planet are you on. It's the wider association with the metal price, desirability of the assets to the market.
You only need to look around the gold miners to see it's a wider market reaction. Volume is far too small at the moment to suggest warrant holders are driving this. Sounds like you have too much skin in the game on this one with your reaction to my comment.
I'm bullish on Ecr as much as anyone but I'm not blind to short term risk either.
Exactly TS,
The lower price of gold will evaporate sentiment. That is when people need to have string conviction in their investments.
There's the reason ...430k sell @ 8:29 this morning just popped up.
Punter, POG will have an impact on sentiment....probably both a factor in the SP slide
I hope as many warrants as possible are gone before a major positive announcement as I'd rather take the drop now and have less of a warrant brake peddle being feathered as the SP rises on news.
Let the red dot watch out commence....tick tock
"Nothing to do with the warrants holders forward selling then no Hoover?
The gold drop off means very little just now on the basis of how far away from production we are."
Look around the sector man. All gold explorers and producers have been down the last week. POG down = gold companies down. Enough with the conspiracy theories about forward selling.
It was quite obviously done to coincide with the presentation hence the use of some of the slides. Not sure what the problem is with some folk.

Honestly get a headache here sometimes
If he recorded the interview yesterday, perhaps he is expecting the RNS to be released today so would have coincided ?????
I can't help but agree dill, strange time to release a interview.
Also don't believe Craig to be a fool to set himself up with low grades by constantly comparing to fosterville but it is definitely odd timing wise.
The drop in price is purely driven by wider gold drop off.
Remember the abuse we got from Doc about this TS and he then finished his sentence by saying we were right haha.
I don't think a JV will be announced until all 3 Creswick licences in our hands...that will give us the 60/40 Craig is pushing for IMO.
I also think they are sandbagging the drill results so more warrants can get cleared of block listing.....giving a further rise.....he has said he works for shareholder value so seems consistent.
All speculation until its confirmed but looks great
Interview was a good recap and re affirmation of what we know.
Creswick talks still awaiting the legals / licensing details to be sorted.
Assays will come any day now...would be nice to get some substantial grades in double digits at reasonably shallow depths and hopefully shunt the SP out of the 3-4p range we've been in for a couple of months.
Mentioning Fosterville so frequently may give a hint that the grades will be good...otherwise you are just setting yourself up to look like the poor relation to them.
Tambo licenses sound imminent as well ( the ones DocH claimed were granted months ago ..lol).
Still no negatives to hang your hat on so still have faith that ECR will deliver.
Dill why don't you just post this all on one thread haha? 3 different topics
Timing of interview odd why didn't he realise results and then talk about them it's like pulling the cart before the horse
