DWHA trailing behind by a ridiculous margin and with some catching up to do!
Previously posted but recently covered by the author again (this past week) on ii. Good to see the upwards trend feeding into DWHA which is up in the 750p range once more.

Must be short of stock here, the share price is up 25% on low volume.
Something odd happening, even DWHA has risen today!
Another decent rise here today 1350 on the ASK at the close. Waiting patiently for DWHA to rerate up to the 800 range.
The Ordinary shares (DWHT) gained 22% last year whilst the 'A' shares (DWHA) actually fell 22% over the same period.
The Preliminary Results weren't too bad given the year we have had and fears over a dividend cut appear to have been proven wrong (subject to the AGM vote).
Final dividend on the Ordinary and 'A' non-voting ordinary shares: 9.25p
Date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) vote: 16 February 2021
Date of Dividend payment if approved: 24 February 2021
Shares go Ex-Dividend: 21 January 2021
With the addition of the Interim dividend the 'A' shares are currently yielding about 2%. A global rebound propelled by all the funny money that's been thrown at this crisis is coming, probably in the second half of this year and possibly sooner in the UK. I'm going to go out on a limb and predict a 2p (15%) increase of the combined annual dividend to around 15p this year. DWHA shares will return to favour along with other perceived riskier holds.

980v580; 950v535! now
970 to buy DWHT
620 to buy DWHA
50% discount presumably over the uncertainty of dividend given current trading environment. Looks like an easy choice if you're willing to hold but we seem to be dealing with traders rather than value investors these days
psst ...the action is over on the "A"s
#PSA
discount now over 40%
discount narrowed to 30%...
20-25% discount might be easier to justify
40% discount over on "A" Shares
#toowide!
I wish I'd bought these 4years ago! But have watched and am tempted to take a stake. Forgive my ignorance, but what's the other side? Are they dual listed or a different class of share, and can you tell me if that affects the Divi you would get.
Cheers
bit better now
30% discount
EV is in £60-70m range, which seems fine to me
