I assume nobody registered and watched webinar on the 20th (yes, I'm a week late...) by Dr Isobel Stanton (Near-source monitoring of COVID-19 in school and prison wastewater)?:

Catch-up doesn't appear to be available. But that slide image contained in above Tweet is perfectly clear about what is needed.

Just to add a couple more dates of interest (not in chronological order):
Public Health and Water Conference & Wastewater Disease Surveillance Summit

Summit March 21 | Conference March 22-24 | Exhibition March 22-23 | Duke Energy Convention Center, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Liked article by Doug on his LinkedIn has to be a positive...:

And assuming DVRG are on top of all things WEF then it is worth noting again the below:

@WEForg
With our Rapid Wastewater SARS-CoV-2 Testing Challenge, we hope to identify novel approaches for rapid quantification of SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater that can be deployed in non-laboratory & remote settings. Submit your solution! https://nwbe.org/?p=246

And from the PDF at above linked page:
"A brief summary of the plan for achieving commercial availability by September 30, 2022"
"March 21, 2022: Winner announced at the Wastewater-Based Disease Surveillance Summit during the WEF Public Health & Water Conference"
Well doesn't that nicely take us back to the start of this post. What's Doug got in the diary for 21 March?
While we don't have a direct link to Amy Kirby (Gerry retweeting her hardly counts...) we can see contact with Singer... so that's something.
Also since we are talking dates an article from December on LuminUltra winning contact with CDC, running until March 22:
https://www.luminultra.com/blog/cdc-wastewater-testing/
What comes next? 2022 a year for delivery...
30 April another date to be mindful of.
From Singer's page:
"Since the start of 2021, I have served as the Chair of the Expert Advisory Group within the Home Office's Accelerated Capability Environment's Next-Generation Wastewater Analysis Programme (C215), helping to deliver an improved and future-facing WBE capability within the UK."
https://www.ceh.ac.uk/staff/andrew-singer
Searching C215 returns dates on Bangor University site:
Effective start/end date
1/04/21 ? 30/04/22
https://research.bangor.ac.uk/portal/en/researchprojects/c215-wastewater-analysis--roadmap(07062640-9f33-4891-b153-6bf43c475df5).html
Should fit in nicely with mass manufacturing getting up to speed. Speaking of which we are due an update on that anytime now. Early this year...:

WWT Wastewater 2022 conference
Tuesday 25 January 2022
How will regulation shape the future of wastewater networks
and infrastructure, and how assets will look in 25 years
Great would-be eliminating pollution from wastewater networks through investment, real
time monitoring, better customer education and management of our water networks. Great is
delivering more efficient solutions and building long-term resilience born through strong and
aligned collaboration across and outside of the sector. Great is seeing a rise in green and blue
infrastructure that harnesses the power of nature-based solutions and promotes a healthy
and resilient environment that'll thrive for years to come.
if and how often water companies in England and Wales are breaking the conditions of their
environmental permits at wastewater treatment works. Where there are instances of noncompliance, we will be taking action where needed to hold companies to account.
The aim is to complete our initial assessment by the end of February 2022, to inform our next steps.
