Frix - there is no problem in the near term, Paul the nth knows this. He's a disingenuous snake in the grass, just stirring things up. Soft Mugg.
Frix
Good morning Sir! - I think the article was 10 days old, so not taking into account last weeks contract win, no opinion on it at all, posting for new/potential investors.

Paul - re "too much debt" and the SimplyWallSt (SWS) article. I've been a subscriber to SWS for a while now and I normally use this initially for some top-level research as I know (in most cases) that the information can be out of date, particularly with financials.
If we look at the 3 "major risks" they highlight...
1- Decline in earnings over the last 5 years: Well...yes, but with acquisitions and collaborations, that's set to change (and has been) over the last 12 months.
2- Has less than 1 year cash-runway: I'm not an accoutant, so if wrong, happy to be corrected but GB specifically mentioned in a recent interview (Zak's?) that DV will not be raising money from shareholders this year. They have cash in the bank to prevent this from a loan facility there if needed. Evidence of orders are coming in...
3- Diluted shareholders: It's a micro-cap company finding it's feet (or wings, for each of those unicorns) ergo this should be hardly suprising. As more news, deals, collaborations come out, more exposure will attract new shareholders, particularly institutions who might be unwilling currently to take a position due to a threshhold in marcap (must be a minimum before they are allowed to take a position).
Just my thoughts on this...anyone else agree or disagree and why?
Frix
Why do you persist in posting this paid for, subscribe to, rubbish?
From - Simply Wall St (also known as 'Simply pay us') much like - Motleyfool - Britishbulls - worthless! Stock picking advice from the paper boy, a safer bet.
They say:
"So if you're keen to discover more about its earnings, it might be worth checking out this graph of its long-term earnings trend."
And the long-term earnings trend is what? It's UP.
You know it Mr disingenuous - but as usual, as always, you sneak in your little negative post. Oh, look the price is falling, now there is a surprise; correlation?
NO

Do we have an agreed upon definition of shortly? Soon there will be plenty of money...
@Dave - Gee whizz, mate c'mon, STC Droid app was a few weeks ago, can't remember exactly when, but I'm not spoon-feeding you; if genuinely interested in this stock, please do your own research and then come back with questions, based on your now well read position.
If that sounds harsh, sorry; invest from a position of knowledge.
What does 100+ mean? 100-500? Mmm, it's not 6 mths.... it's a few weeks.
Ragnarr - yes, scaling up - everywhere. Nice job with transcript by the way.
I see Skin trust club ate advertising for two more lab technicians - one in York and one in Cork
drshan, fair enough iOS is more popular then based on the fact it's been around longer. I wasn't saying the company is lying, I said "demand appears to be quite a bit lower than the 10k samples already collected would suggest". I repeat, 100+ Android downloads in 6 months seems low to me.
drshan - yes, apologies , I mixed up android with IOS - doh
Urrgh! IOS app was first, Android, recently. Do you think he was lying re: 10,000 samples collected?
There is a plethora of information out there, "If only they'ed look, 'Ye Gods', why won't they look?" CEO - clutches chest as if mortally wounded!
The Google Play store says there have only been 100+ downloads of the Skin Trust Club app (since April?). It seems to be an integral part of the STC process so unless the Apple app is way more popular than Android then demand appears to be quite a bit lower than the 10k samples already collected would suggest. Perhaps the app was not involved in many of those collected but only 100+ downloads since April is much lower than I was expecting. Am I reading too much into this ?
Ragnarr - You got a few things wrong, but they don't matter in the big scheme. If they get the marketing right (USP's, key differentiators etc) we should make a fortune; hopefully they will have the good sense to fill the war chest and fold some of those profits back into STC growth, a little PD stock/consumables warehoused ready to go.
Nice to see everyone so happy - hope you all trousered some of those very cheap shares. Roll on the next 12 months - exciting times!
Unbelievable to comprehend at the mo as was MicrotoxPD contracts with the governments of China, India and the UK but look what we have now :)
Looking at the last section of the interview GB stated ‘ that we actually now have over 10,000 skin microbiome samples’
The Android launch RNS on 26th April stated that 2000 alpha skin tests had been concluded. Is it safe to conclude that since then they have received and completed a further 8000 tests. I dont think it is worth trying to work out average weekly/monthly monthly orders because these things build momentum over a period of time and the Apple App only came live a few weeks ago but from a revenue point of view based on the two options (£170 or£225) at an average of £197 each it equates to just over £1.5m revenue already
And that is of course
a) without a full marketing campaign
b) Only available in Uk and Ireland
It is probably worth noting that the population of the UK is about 68,000,000 - The population of China is 1,446,599,975, and the population of USA is 333,537,783 (only correct at time of writing LOL)
Forgive the ramp here as I have always been a Skin trust club sceptic but these stats are scary ..or have I got it wrong.
SKOL.
Putting this under ragnarrs's thread so it doesn't get missed.

Quite right Paul the 4th........!
Katie holds her own in the interview scene.........!
Wouldn't (one of) you like to see Sarah Lowther https://twitter.com/copytaster interview Gerry........!
All the best (I certainly would...... and I reckon Gerry would also...... :()
Ragnarr (Ok)
Well played, it makes interesting reading. Most relaxed, informative and detailed interview, so far, by Mr B and I like Katie Pilbeam's style, she is smart and a good interviewer, asking the right questions and prompting some good answers.

All the best with your investment
Thank you. Centurion post.
Thank you all for your kind words. I have quite a substantial holding here so in truth the effort was for purely selfish reasons.
Stuff theToon - I will take on your criticism and try and create a more immersive experience in future :-0
I echo all that...thanks Ragnarr for your time and energy in putting that all together. A few things I missed and reading through it, I can read it but hear GB's voice going through it too. lol.
Frix
Outstanding ragnarr - thank you so much. In future transcripts can you make reference to Gerard's body language and demeanor. Document every smile, knowing wink, fidget, fist pump ....you get my drift!!
I jest, thanks once again.
Wow, thank you for that ragnarr, very much appreciated.
KB: Alright, as always we have covered a lot of ground and you’ve given us a lot of detail for your investors, leaving them well informed as always , but what else is going on, you know whats on the agenda for everyone to look forward to.
GB: Well as I said there are just a few weeks left until the end of the year and in a few weeks we will have more information on stuff relating to what we have discussed today. Obviously in my last call on here we discussed the rollout of the campaign for Skin trust club which will be beginning at the end of this month, and we are already.. you know…I mean…erm we reached… a milestone only last week .. that we actually now have over 10,000 skin microbiome samples, so we…this is phenomenally growing to be the largest skin microbiome database in the world, and our clients are ..happy with this, have access to this, our consumers are very happy with what we are doing so there is going to be huge amount of … err .. news flow from that over the next six weeks
KB Gerry: we will be chatting.
GB: I will be back
KB: You will be back I don’t doubt that for a second, you have a lovely day and we will see you next time
