Well done. I'm sure that acquisition of Dominium Pizza was a very smart move which will give the company good start to attract more customers and therefore to play a key role on the market. Good timing is a major factor determining a good business. Results despite the pandemic were quite good. Shortly we should get update re enlarged group + ...summer is coming. Polish people love pizza, believe me.
Sadly I only bought DOM in 2010 at 116 (in today's money, allowing for the 3-for-1 share split in 2016). I have bought more DPP in recent weeks!
Apparently it's still off the radar. Good time to "take a punt" while it's quiet. Do you remember Domino's pizza (dom) a few years back?
Total value of trades £1k!
There we go, as expected.
Correct. As I said in my previous posts those new restaurants (nearly 60) will reopen on 15th May (oficial news) which means extra revenue and profit.
That's because there has been lockdown in Poland
" Is it correct, no new own stores in last 12 months?"

I have been in and out of this stock over the years but decided to keep clear due to the limited liquidity for shares when trying to buy and sell realise sized share parcels (1-2%). I'm thinking that the next 12 months should be generally positive but worry that they will start to get low on cash. Euro footie should help but they won't get the foreign fans they were hoping for. The market cap valuation looks pretty punchy if you divide by number of stores. When down at 4-5p they looked worth a punt but pretty risky at above 6. Is it correct, no new own stores in last 12 months?
No worries, m8
Hermanusinclusus,
Thanks for the update, they're very helpful.
Dave
Just to confirm, it's official news from today. From 15th May restaurants in Poland will reopen for outdoor service, just like in the UK currently. Happy days ahead.
I can see that some PI's smelt a possible run towards previous heights. Well done
In Poland 3 451 new covid cases (information from today) comparing to over 20,000 about 2 weeks ago. What does it mean for DPP? Restaurants should be opened soon, at least for outside business like in the UK. Recently acquired Dominium Pizza has a big chain of "eat-in" restaurants.
I fully agree and added some more
Results for me were as expected. At current share price I don't see much downside, but when Poland opens up again in a few weeks I see alot of upside. I'm surprised that the share price has got this low, but it's a bargain under 9p Dyor and glah
It worries me that they are taking back sites from franchisees. To grow they need to do the opposite. Well done to the team for keeping it together but their real estate model isn't ideal for a delivery biased product. If you devide market cap by number of stores - it doesn't look great for a low margin business.
Yes I agree the results look very good considering the impact covid had.
Once re opening starts turnover and profit should increase dramatically.

Very positive results despite covid restrictions. Once everything gets back to normal it should follow the success of Dominos (dom) in England some years back.
Interesting sale of dp iceland. 23 outlets for 13.7. Dpp 126 stores for 50m value.

Nice update from Dominos (DOM) with increased sales during covid. Shortly we will have the same. Poles on average order more pizza than the Italians.
Not long to wait now. Less than twenty trading days and we will have an update. An update which I believe will be positive and will be the catilist for a much higher share price. Glah
I agree, I think this transition could take a fair while but the scale that it's going to give them along with the combined centralised production seems compelling to me.
Kings, been here for a while, in the money...just.
Thought this would hold at the 10p level, can see me adding a few more. Even if results are a little mixed with the lockdown, I think this will be a good 12-24 month buy.
