Didn't have any warning because I chose to completely ignore this steaming pile of waste. No knowledge on it anymore, good luck to everyone, maybe my £8 will become £1000 again... LOL
Well that was its last day of trading on Aim. There was plenty of notice given so whoever wanted in or out had their chance to decide. A couple of years down the line and it could be sold privately or maybe even end up listed once again. As long as you have the patience, being unlisted doesn’t change it a great deal. At this valuation or £1m it’s relatively cheap looking at the current revenues and contracts.
Your lucky you only lost £992.00…lol
Great to see my £1000 investment is now worth £8. I didn't even really know that was possible... that's not even a pint of ale in London... Anyway, maybe worth a very small punt here in the hopes of regaining a tiny bit of my capital... I must be mad.
Despite my own misgivings the fact that a chess grandmaster is in for 15% I've went in for a round million shares at 0.04p
Sold out a year ago at .45p at a loss so possibly just compounding that a wee bit :)

Problem is for years this company has been surviving on placings and it needs to raise some more money as per last Rns. Aim has been full of "life-style companies" who were there to line management's pockets but right now market is flushing them out.
HeresHoping. You party pooper.
Regards
yes I am holding. Looks very cheap and they have some decent profits. Only a punt and from 0.05
Holding unquoted can be hit and miss but I have had some spectacular results over the years with a couple of 10 fold plus profits. At some stage, a company will want to buy out small holders and / or relaunch. In some instances that can be at a huge premium. About a year ago I noticed an unlisted share was showing a huge profit on an account. Oh sure I said and pressed the sell button to sell half. I expected a no trading screen to appear. To my amazement a contract note popped up. It had relisted on a minor OTC USA exchange and exploded. I was pleased i did not know before as I would have sold at breakeven. I sold the rest shortly after. Paid for all the unlisted stuff I had.
Assetmatch is useless for trading delisted shares as no liquidity for buyers/sellers - speaking as holder of delisted company on Assetmatch.
I've increased mine & have another buy pending - I've had a look at the Assetmatch website and it looks very professional - Happy to hold LT
Last day of AIM trading today and yet David Norwood (a chess grandmaster amongst his many accomplishments) has continued in recent weeks to increase his stake….hmmm.

The market cap of £1m does seem incredibly cheap. Although the unlisted shares will be not as liquid as being listed on Aim they could still be a decent investment relative to their earnings /
prospects etc. Do any LTH’s intend to keep or add to their holdings ?
Hi Bradley
I am really sorry to here about your health my friend, I trust it’s fixable and you are going to be ok??
As a brother of the cloth so to speak you often cross my mind, be sure to take care of yourself chap..
All the very best..
OB
Hi oldbaldy and woody.
I'm not doing so good health wise and there's nothing to say about deepmatter.
Happy New year x
Hi Woodstock
Sorry to here you have been unwell, I hope nothing too serious?
I’m always up for a beer my friend ?…. A good old yarn about the state of things is probably in order, I have not seen a post from Bradley for some time, I hope he is keeping well?
Happy new year to all..
OB
Sham. Unfortunately you are right. Whats even worse is similar business models are being practised across much of the Aim market. Meaning that the actual fabric of the alternative investment market is becoming questionable at best and fraudulent at worst. I suggest that the later has been more apparent in recent years.
Regards
OB, Bradley. Perhaps we should meet at the Green Dragon sometime soon.
Happy New Year x
OB, Bradley. Happy New Year.
OB I have been unwell for sometime now. Fortunately thank goodness I am recovering. It wasn't hardcover porn that compromised my health either. Ha ha.
All the best to you and Bradley.
Woody.
SP went up 0.25p yesterday (+8.33%) to 3.25p but strangely enough none of the reported trades were above 3.25p. Seems the spread increased, with ASK increasing from 3.5p to 4p. Odd
Even stranger were two transactions for 3,176,313 shares (at 09:16am) and 100,000 shares (at 11:20am) that were listed as SELLS at 2.75p. Followed by another 'Sell' at 12:37pm for the combined total of those earlier transactions of 3,276,313 at 2.9p.
Almost looks like someone managed to 'Buy' shares at 2.75p and sell them a bit later for a small profit at 2.9p. Impossible surely?!
You are a disgrace Sham and I've reported your post for slander.
Embarrassing the jealousy and lies you have shown here.
got caught in this dog, it is sad to see fraudsters like "Neil777" getting away with these "p&d".Aim was not investors friendly but it has gotten worst recently.
Well its clear management are having to buy more to ensure they get it over the line...judging by the TR1s
Get a life Sham bles... you really sound like a sad little boy jealous as you have no money to invest or trade !!
It's pathetic
lol wonderful "trade" but this trade was not so "wonderful" as "spike" that you were convincing people to take part in did not happen. As I said you are playing with fire, as kind of dogs that you are trying to promote can pull a rug under your feet in a moment .
No pal the bloke used to do my swede in.
