SB ‘There cannot be any serious money in gamification’ please explain, I’m open to all opinions
Secret I was referring to VICTAR and the educate platform with regards to VR. The gamification side of the business will generate revenue based on an initial game development fee plus a payment per play of the game. I agree that the payment per play fee will be minimal and the revenue is minimal, however DEV have already been paid for the work they have done so any additional is a bonus. Imho the gaming side of the business will do well and in sure vanguard will be a hit when its released on the various other platforms. Education arm is for me the big earner with massive global potential and that is where I see a major looking to takeover DEV

There cannot be any serious money in gamification , just pennies from an advertising/promotion budget. Gaming is where the big money lies. Where are the big games for big platforms that make millionaires? Vanguard is not out front there is it?
Perhaps the company will explain the business results and put these fears to rest. We need to hear about the money not gamification partners
Secret. Have you tried the full interactive VR version? No. The games aren't designed to be a whole game experience just a bit of fun to get the customer to click and get to the voucher. Do you want the whole Donkey Kong or Jet Set Willy complete the game over 10 hours play or do you want a bit of fun, finish the challenge and get a discount or win a prize? This isn't gaming its gamification it's all about consumer participation
I played the Swinton game and it was fun avoiding other bikers, not too difficult but that's what you need. The customer doesn't want the client to not get to the end.
I have tried Educate and I thought it was nothing special. I have tried all the games and it is not disruptive tech. The Swinton Insurance bike game was not much better than a ZX 80 tennis game
Have a read around Educate, a World first.
A disruptive technology is one that displaces an established technology and shakes up the industry or a ground-breaking product that creates a completely new industry.
I don't see that transformation from some clever gaming software. TBH
Think you need to go beyond page 1.
"Dev Clever is a bespoke software development company", from the company page 1.
How does that become serious disruptive technology? It's media content.
I think the market is underestimating Chris Jeffries’ vision, & his ability to translate that into serious disruptive technology.
The Company is doing deals, and these are growing in stature, and I sense we’re going to see some incredible progress over the next 12 months.
