If anyone wants to raise concerns about the Company in relation to a potential breach of the Listing Rules, Prospectus Rules or Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Worth a try but….our money has gone, and those that benefitted, will get away with no consequences!
There's a few people penning letters to the FCA see if we hear anything back...
….has this bag of **** company got any plans to communicate anything with shareholders! i mean, how can a company actually change the company name without informing shareholders. it’s like the bl00dy wild west! we weren’t even aim listed either! unbelievable.
He was behind all the corporate deals that DevIdiot got involved in in the Middle East. So the disastrous barter deal with shares for licence fees in the Middle East. It was so dumb I have forgotten the name.
This just gets worse and worse. On companies house it details Aggarwal gone, Veative no more and a new director Scott Ashby. Anyone heard of him? This is looking increasingly like a zero.
I cannot believe what is going on with this company!! It’s like we’re being forced to watch our company being torn apart with no idea of what is going on! Where can we find out about shares being issued! I’m so cross!
Companies house shows that it is no longer Dev Clever, nor Veative and is now Launch My Career.
There has been a change of directors and an issue of shares.
Seems to have been no notification to the mushrooms or shareholders
Any views or contact with the company?
No spks, I don't know how to make this any simpler. You already have shares in the new company (your Dev shares will become Veative shares). When Veative shares start trading on asset match you will be able to trade them and the new Veative shareholders that bought shares under the current recapitisation will be able to trade theirs (they are all the same shares). We don't expect the new Veative shares will trade for much.
….the recapitalisation of DevClever / Veative is still ongoing, despite having 2 years to get the house in order since first announcing the takeover. First asset match was going ahead at the end of of March, which was delayed…and now shares will be tradable on asset match once recapitalisation has been completed. So since Veative have been involved, we’ve:
1) Burned through a healthy cash pile.
2) Handed over our company to others, effectively for free.
3) Lost the ability to trade our stocks.
4) Lost the CEO who seems to have vapourised to “Ideas Land” after telling the Government what is needed in schools to develop careers education (sic)
5) Been provided projections which will once again prove to be massively over optimistic over the next 3 - 5 years. £20 mil Revs this year end! (Where is the laughing emoji - ?? oh there it is)
6) Have no idea really on a strategy for anything.
7) Had no updates really on anything for over 3 months.
8) Had companies with huge amounts of shares, now valued at next to nothing (ASLR)
9) All major rampers part of the Twatterati Chris Akers, EvertonRob1, Alan Duff, all going stony silent on Dev after months of ramping of £1 soon…Next unicorn.
10) Dr Von Rosen seems to have evaporated along with CJ!
This really is just one long nightmare! Just put us out of our misery, one way or another!
De-listed. Dev shares worth nothing. As anticipated! Proper stitch up!
??
Re listed today
Really so what you are saying harv99 is that veative are issuing shares to people to fund the company but investors are unable to trade these shares so is it now a private company ? and if so shouldnt the present dev shareholders be offered cash or share in the new company.... as I cannot do anything with my shareholding so not par passu more like scam I think
Other than the management and Chris Jeffries, it’s the dilution that will kill us, that and hope!!
Spks, I don't think you understand how new share issues work. They have the same standing (known as "par passu") as existing shares so your Dev shares are exactly the same as the new share issue. So you don't get new shares as you already have them. The problem is the dilution effect that the new shares result in, which means each share (both the old Dev and the new shares) are worth a fraction of their previous value.
so did you ask the same question re shares :: re talk earlier of new shares being issued by Veative basically the same business. I did write to the e mail on the website to ask why the present shareholders have not been automatically given new shares to replace the others and allow people to trade their shares :: this is what I asked and received no response
Feilim is the FD and has been very responsive to me
feilim@veative.com
Bagzzz you are completely correct I do not know how this can be legal and there was some talk earlier of new shares being issued by Veative basically the same business. I did write to the e mail on the website to ask why the present shareholders have not been automatically given new shares to replace the others and allow people to trade their shares even if at a much reduced price...no reply !! Does anyone know of any action being taken or possible surely there are rules that deal with this situation?
Totally agree! I’m doing a little digging but our investment has gone. I’m hoping for 1% at best at some point in the distant future. How nobody has been arrested and charged for this fraud is unbelievable! When a company is taken over, shareholders expect something in return, we’ve just had the company stolen from us in broad daylight and there is nothing we can do! Still very very very cross!
now you tell us
Don’t bounce.
This company is a busted flush based on greed and hype. The whole house of cards up to Robert Bonnier, Asimilar and Aqua is disintegrating before our eyes. There should be a fraud investigation instigated.
Akers Jeffries and the rest should be pilloried. I met both and Akers has previous and Jeffries struck me as a great used car salesman with a very small brain.
I sent an email to the investors e mail address and guess what...I did not get a reply :(
Yes, I notice Assetmatch have removed Veative from it's list of companies it is dealing with and added a note that trading is suspended whilst Veative carry out fundraising. The new investor section on the Veative website has similar information.
Thanks
Has been delayed due to the raising of funds..but Veative have now included an investor section on their website.
