Wow that’s a great finish today, 140. Good from TA perspective!

Yep sold shares are for costs…..
Just a thought. Current inflation if sustained means that by 2030 your cash will be worth 50% less! Yikes!

I believe that he's taken net 931,579 shares. My reading of the RNS is that 2,868,421 shares have (effectively) been sold to settle the net exercise cost (84pps) and withholding taxes
Perhaps the floods that some thought were a negative a few weeks back are creating acquisition opportunities as others exit.
Your right they all seem to be holding tight, I think another announcement or two is coming of buying more business
Rusty takes 3.8m options as shares! Takes his holding to 22.2m shares. Wow!
I would have thought he would have sold some given sp ATH’s!
That is a surprise…. Follow the money!

Thanks Trek. I did not explain I will wait till after ED, for it to stop rising then sell when it starts to drop, having a decent profit with divi. to come. Then start trading when I can. The trouble is we have to find the new highs and lows for the future. As you have said the old loop was 110/125.
Another benefit of this share is the fact we get paid quarterly so we can compound 1st and 3rd payments getting extra cash at 2nd and 4th payments.
So glad I found this share, beats all my others.
Thats my plan, but I believe in being flexible. GL>
I posted on Tuesday at 10:13….
“…. With cash inflows to come from $300m of acquisitions in H1 and downside HH prices protected by hedging it’s pretty clear why directors are happy to buy at 135p!….”
I just wonder if part of the rerate is to encompass the acquisitions plus income to come. 110p from memory gave us £1bn mcap. $300m of acquisitions adds another £251m. To be fair it’s usually discounted but the income has gone up on HH basis.
So one could argue that our current £1.2bn mcap still has £50m upside or more if you allow for acquisition discount and synergies then factor in HH prices.
Hi northfofk,
Yes I saw your post and it made total sense. However, I can only assume that you have a reason to sell else one would surely hold for a while at least of even buy?
“ Then I will sell with a good profit and div”
But profit is profit! Too many folk loose in this game. Not advice but I would consider a slice if possible esp if ‘chasing the wind’ in terms of some other stocks.
Either way,
Good luck with your investments

Trek. We seem to have similar views. See my post Tues 21.17. Exiting to see how high this sp. goes before ED, or after.
GL.
Mrg123. Some good points. Oil production has shown good increase. Recent acquisition. Directors buys, oil price increases.
These seem to have upped the previous loop. So we may have to change our parameters. GL.
MrG,
It usually has a 20p trading range give or take so once it establishes it will be relatively easy to spot.
You can then margin trade it for a few pennies either side of the mean and recycle. Just don’t every be all out!
Just trade a % you are comfortable with if that’s your plan but not yet.
Ride the momentum for now it’s been a pretty impressive breakout as many holders seem to have a decent amount here for income so enjoying good returns!

Quite a lot has changed with the prospect of a US listing in the not too distant future.
Be £1.50 by end of week!
Now I'm confused. Not much has changed in the business from when this was in the low 100s to shooting to 140s. I've had some great success trading this between 105 and 120 in the past. I'm sure it will drop after the next dividend but surely not by too much. The new trading range is anyone's guess.
Gone through 141. Not even stopping at 140 resistance. 141 close and those couple of months we expect could be weeks or less!
Very interesting watching the TA here as there is half decent volume.

I agree Trek, could get to Cenkos valuation in a couple of months, fingers crossed.
