Rob, you can forget the 110p. It was just a figure to highlight the value given to the merger to 4d shareholders relative to the price today. The key is how much of the combined equity 4d shares have (86.9%) vs LOAC (13.1%). Given the expectation of a merger their price on Nasdaq now will keep in line with our price prior (accounting for the fx rate, and that we reflect 86.9% of merged equity and they reflect 13.1%).
Post merger active trading in the US will impact the uk price as well as the other way around. But at all points, before and after the merger, our prices correlate and have nothing to do with the 110p you seen quoted today; the market price will just reflect what is our perceived value going forward. So it can go can down but personally believe it’ll go up a lot.
Great day today, honestly did not think we would pass 110p. Not sure how that shorting Malachi works, but guessing they are feeling pretty sore today.
Never mind eh, sure they felt equally sorry for us regular investors when the rug was pulled from under us the other week. Sudocreme is good for burns.
No, I mean this is a "takeover" by 4D pharma not the other way round...... hence 4D keeping the name plate over the door. 4D are in the driving seat. Good news was my view. So Scrambler I am not fighting a losing battle as you put it - I am very happy with it.
Hence the BUY.
thanks sunnyca. you say 1.10 is basement for trades on nasdaq but we're not on there yet? so does the 1.10 valuation affect the current sp at all or in the run up to nasdaq listing? ie it wont go to 1.70 in the next few weeks and then on entry to nasdaq go back to 1.10 due to the merger?
Crusty.....give up you are fighting a losing battle! Ha ha
Get real Crusty, don't you know the regs? it would cost them over £1:80 per share, the highest sp over the previous/current year, happy smiling faces all round, but happier smiling faces all round at 6-10 quid per share for the directors for a 6-12 month wait, fair do's though you do try.
I wonder if 4D could use this extra cash to fund Blautix P3 but then I think that post SITC, post clarifying P2 results and having P3 design, it shouldn't be difficult to get a partner on board.
It looks to all intents and purposes like an RTO to me.... 4D backing in to a NASDAQ listing and still keeping the name plate over the door in doing so.
Sorry Rob, meant to put "before Xmas" on my sp prediction of £1:55 to ££££ it really does depend on news.
Robert it's good that you ask, the stupidest person is the one that doesn't and just nod their heads as if they've got it. put simply the £1:10 will be the basement for any trades on NASDAQ, it isn't quite that simple but near enough that you can rest assured we won't be visiting 60-80p Lordsingh, if you're still out there. I'd expect between £1:55 to £££ plus, dependant on news which nullifies shorts and Techs/Charts predictions, something this company is very good at. But then again they do have IQ's way above us mere mortals, that's why they appear to be providing a new/novel/patented cure for alot of cancers along with a plethora of other illnesses. I'll buy them all day long.
WorldQuant shorter already reducing, 1.5M more shares to buy back from us, they're not having any of mine.
It’s a merge. Not an acquisition.
interesting i didnt think it would break 110 - dont really understand the merger and how the value of 110 affects the sp i thought, as it seemed to be all day, that that was the ceiling? can anyone explain in simple terms
