Reversing nicely
114. Further couple of points drop at worst or a multibagger at best from here. In. Very. Near. Future.
Feel free to ignore my opinion.
BOOM!
Never too early to take a profit surely... except for the guy who sold his pre-ipo stake in Facebook
Liftoff
Not at all. But saddos that comment on BBs that are not even invested in the company are bloody sad.
Why would you?
Is anyone who doesn't shout "liftoff" etc every post a deramper?
So he sold a few. Perhaps he is involved in other ventures and raised some cash. Diversifying his investment. Buying another property for his family. Who cares.
Why are posters seeing this as a mass exodus! Derampers grabbing at any reason to spread some nagativity.
Considering he last bought 285000 at 35p I think it's a bit churlish to question why he took the profit to buy a Lamborghini :-)
He still owns an awful lot of shares and it is just making a prudent decision.
And because he's not on the Board isn't involved in negotiations with third parties.
Remember acacia sold down to about 50p so that shows these holdings don't influence long term movements.
Working for a bank, the issue of share ownership and wealth destruction was much discussed 10 years ago. Many had their bonuses and savings tied up in stock and took a real beating losing 90%+ their savings. A colleague at the time, Head of Bond trading informed my boss who was bemoaning the losses that he considered himself LONG on the bank already by working for them so generally sold options/bonus shares as soon as they vested to diversify.
The Audit chap may have a similar view.....and not wish to have such a high percentage of their net worth all riding one pony.
I think he has a whole lot of warrants providing replacement shares at a £1.....
Wouldn’t be surprised if his shares were moved on to new investors.
From 4D Pharma website: The Audit and Risk Committee is comprised of David Norwood and Ed Baracchini
Clearly we don't know what reasons David Norwood would have had to sell on Friday - but it is very sensible to be concerned that someone presumably in the 4D "circle of trust" decides to sell 30% of his stake, just before SP (in our view on this board) takes off. One would have to be silly not to be puzzled by this development.
Was he not previously a director?
He isn't a director.

the director's sell off last week was strange IMO ............ regardless how wealthy he is he must have been advised that it was a decent price to sell at ............. which I find mind boggling as the CEO reckons we are undervalued and we have a seriously positive quarter and beyond to luck forward to.
Essentially, the sooner we get the NASDAQ money flowing the better....... AIM is lunacy.
Both rise and drop are staggering and probably scare new serious investors.
We should have known this would happen when the director sold all those shares last week.
DDDD always has some rapid movements at times so it makes it a traders favourite.
Indeed, we seem to have a huge amount of folk with shares who are happy with a very quick 10/20% with no interest in holding firm for a x3/5/10 gain. The £1.10 "deal" has provided folk with a valuation above which there are more sellers then buyers ............ for the moment........ that will change very quickly. I'd class a month as a moment in an investment whereas many in AIM seemingly view a day as an age !!!!
2ND Bottom HIT... lot pharma shares are down and now reversing...
Yes SPAC were given a tempting transfer price so the fact that this is now hovering around it is a great investment entry.
Traders exiting and transferring stock to the investors. SPAC goes in at 1.10 and the Institutions will be joining them. TR1 notifications will ramp up over the coming weeks ahead of the NASDAQ listing.
Thanks to the traders I got another £20K worth sub 1.15
