Wow…speechless, 4D actually using the word positive within their recent issued RNS.
Let’s hope the team learn and begin to market the business instead of letting fall to pieces…
Biker…I need a stampede of wildebeest , trust me!!!
a pleasing share price performance , glad i bought in and topped up , now holding. 30,000 shares.
happy to hold.
Hopefully, some shorts closing as well. Fingers crossed this is turning!
Just might be the bottom
Bull run!
Ed - hats off… I see what you did there :-)
Looks like a bull run now. Plenty shifting from the Covid stocks to the safer waters of DDDD.
Below is what 0518 does. And is what MRNA vaccines are looking to achieve.
"What are vaccines to treat cancer?
Researchers are looking at vaccines as a possible treatment for cancer.
In the same way that vaccines work against diseases, the vaccines are made to recognise proteins that are on particular cancer cells.
An antigen is a substance that triggers the immune system to respond against it. For example, a virus has antigens on its surface which triggers the immune system to attack it. Body cells and cancer cells also have antigens on them.
Tumour associated antigens are proteins found in cancer cells. Normal cells either don’t have these antigens, or if they do, they have a much smaller amount.
Cancer treatment vaccines aim to help your immune system recognise these antigens. And to attack and destroy the cancer cells that have them. "

The MRNA vaccines have to be heavily engineered because of their fundamental shortcomings
The MRNA cancer vaccines modulate antigen presenting cells and facilitate innate/adaptive immune stimulation.
So does 0518
It doesn't need to be engineered to be effective although they do apply genetic optimisation to the single strains of gut bacteria.
These strains are identified by multiple omics analyses to find the ones that are most likely to achieve what they are looking to do.
The data mining process and analysis from an extensive bank of screened donor samples is subject to multiple patents. The value is primarily in the Micro RX discovery and development platform.
Did you watch the video I posted the link to last year?
mrna vaccines are specific engineered products. explain to me how this is an engineered product?
Mumbo... Happy to go back to the discussion from a year ago if relevant to 4D...please be specific. Not sure where you're going with this.
Yeah you need to be more specific in your critique.
Otherwise that's a fail
Sang - come on now, be sensible. I don't really want to have to go back into the discussion from a year ago. I am sure Phil is bored of that.
I was a bit unnerved by the info about the delay in the PC trial data but can now see it was only preliminary data promised.
Also I am satisfied that the FDA delay is legit and understandable.
As always at times of SP stress I have taken a deeper dive into the information previously released and looked for independent verification of its relevance for the field. I am extremely satisfied with some of the results of the research.
It was also good to know that the $18m from Oxford Capital is still on the table.
Even if there was another capital raise I wouldn't be overly concerned as it would just mean a smaller portion of a potentially very large pie.
As well as seeing 0518 as very valuable as an element in ICI combo therapy I think it likely has a lot of potential as a monotherapy.
Also the 2nd gen oncology drug looks pretty tasty too. A lot of other pharmas will see value there.
Sangijuelas... glad to see you've returned from the Dark Side. Welcome back, good to have you sharing corroborating science here. I also think 40 is the bottom.
Good luck to us all!
If you look at what Moderna and BioNTech are trying to achieve with developing MRNA cancer vaccines it is very similar to what 4D are already demonstrating with 0518.
In terms of immune system stimulation it is worth thinking of 0518 in terms of a cancer vaccine
You sold your shares and a year or two later 4D was up there with Moderna and BioNTech
Not as far fetched as it sounds if you look a bit more closely at what 4D is doing.
Take a look at the changes in the gene and metagene signatures following a short course of 0518 in the monotherapy trial.
