They previously stated that there would be no income from partnerships in the short term, which is typically taken to mean at least 12 months.
It was in the stated reason for raising the share issue limit from 40% to 100%
Also talked about capital markets day, Merck vaccine payments and that they have millions invested between them. You can read into it after the fact and twist it however you like. Not defending them, but also not agreeing with you - or engaging with you further.
They basically said that they couldn't get funding.
Some paid attention and sold
Very easy to suggest that after the fact, @Sang. Hindsight is wonderful isn't it.
Some people think the Q and A was intended as a warning to PIs to get out while they still could?
that would have been worse :), they just needed to use challenging and tough words less number of times and give straightforward answers on other topics rather than harping on 100% number of times. I know 100% was must for them but should have conveyed positively rather than way they did which makes even 100% like 60% pre-presentation price.
At that meeting they both looked shell shocked and I cannot understand why they didn't cancel the meeting. They must have known they were not up to a positive presentation. They could have made an excuse such as illness etc.
If all resolutions including 100% allowance were passed with over 90% votes as you say, why morons went for presentation like at death's doors rather than pumping and enthusiastically presenting for immediate raise after AGM. Duncan's unenthusiastic presentations in last 1 year are surprising when company needed to raise $45 million before 1st April. I don't think he is that dumb, probably shellshock or too arrogant and complacent.
I found it incredible to see EVERY resolution pass with more than 90% in favour. The big holders clearly support DP and Co, maybe they are in on some kind of plan?
Woodford did the dirty on his many fund holders, many of his entities were sold off cheaply including 4D. Is history repeating itself?
Neil Woodford is enjoying life having left investors destitute.
'Organically possible'... ??? Not sure what happened there :)
If I knew the company was under different leadership I would take part in the placing (all off this is just purely hypothetical and not organically possible I believe).
The science is still very strong I think, obviously not every compound will be a winner and will not work probably for all indications but the platform is solid.
Thanks for reports from AGM
So all resolutions passed, inc 100%, presuming someone is willing to buy sure admin will approve as it will pay of OF. If there isnt a buyer and the 100% is changed to include us mere mortals, I ask you all who of you would take part?
Thanks for the AGM feedback

More like blessed are the Merck.
*taps mic*
Is this thing on?
...we're at the gallows humour stage right?
Thanks- Bruce for updating on the Agm results
Result of resolutions likely later today - possibly via 4D website
Porky: "@sang - ...You are a Troll and need stopping
You are distracting from serious discussion about the stock"
Pah! Sang and others have been calling this correctly for months and you've tried to shut them up, called them trolls and shorters and continued to ramp this dog despite all the evidence that the sp and company was hitting the buffers. You're delusional and incapable of serious discussion, you should be ashamed.
Anything on which resolutions passed etc.
Feels like OF are just playing hard ball and perhaps forcing the issue. Bottom line they just want their money back. My guess is they are probably feeling some heat from the market in general.
My gut feeling is that we have a 50/50 chance of getting something over the line and relist. There is too much value in the underlying IP etc. Dilution could be big, but potentially positive outcome.
CEO/CFO maybe others will have to fall on their swords to save 4D. However these guys have a hell of a lot of equity tied up, so very much in everybodies interest to make a deal happen
@Sang
I have asked LSE to ban your account. You should hear from them shortly.
You are a Troll and need stopping
You are distracting from serious discussion about the stock
4D thought they could play with the big boys in the US.
No doubt the big boys play by different rules.
It's the way of the world. Blessed are the meek
Sang I knew the risks but the thought of someone buying us to pay off Oxford or Oxford themselves benefitting makes me feel we have been conned somewhere along the line.
Thanks for the AGM updates.
Sounds like a glimmer of hopeā¦but OF sound like they won't play any ball.
Yeah even I didn't think they would actually breach the loan agreement.
You have been in my thoughts Robins. For what it's worth I think there should be better protections for small investors looking to invest in such high risk companies.
Companies should get risk ratings just like funds do.
@Sangijulas1
I have reported you for your libellous comments, what you post is a total total lie.
Disgusting, who the hell do you think you are,
24/7 troll
I await feedback from LSE you need to be stopped.
And chasing me on other boards and posting this, you are disgusting scum bag of a troll
