Interesting to see the contract go through Directa, instead of Setcar. So 100% instead of 51%
Well I for one am banking that once some of these oil companies take ESG seriously and see that they can clean up and recycle HC’s at low cost then DCTA should be on to a massive winner.
The tech is proven, they now have a recurring customer.
My preference now in terms of the model would be a ‘train the trainer’ and rent out and royalty (HC’s saved) the tech.
We need a sales pitch for oil companies to send staff to Setcar for training and then they take the kit away. Atm there is no better a pitch than saving cash and saving the environment!
Pretty sure it will come.

Cenkos part 1...
“Significant environmental tender win Directa Plus...
DCTA a leading producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, has announced that it has won a significant tender from OMV Petrom, the largest oil and gas group in south-eastern Europe. This is for the provision of waste treatment services utilising Grafysorber and the supply of related products.
The four-year contract has a total value of €3.2m with an invoice value of approximately €0.8m per annum and is expected to commence in August 2021.
It is expected that approximately 80,000 cubic meters of sludge and waste produced during the first upstream separation process will be treated over the four-year contract period and that up to 20,000 tons of crude oil with impurities below 1% will be recovered and sent to the refinery. In addition, it is expected that 50,000 cubic meters of produced water will be treated over the same period using dedicated engineering equipment, increasing water injection quality while meeting national regulations to minimise the use of water resources.
Cenkos part 2...
“Contract win:
Today’s contract win is significant and is the first conversion of one of the larger tenders in the company’s pipeline. This win is additional to our expectations and provides further comfort that our FY21 revenue forecast of €8.4m should at least be reached if not exceeded.
? Grafysober uniquely extracts value from oily waste:
We note that this win is for the treatment of upstream sludges (concentrate left after extraction of easy to separate hydrocarbons from drilling fluids, which has c25% residual hydrocarbon content) as well as produced water (lower hydrocarbon content but greater regulatory drivers to remove oil before re-injection as well as water scarcity demands). Both waste streams are produced in significant volumes across a dozen other sites by OMV, and with no other treatment methods that can recover useful hydrocarbons other than Grafysorber, therefore there is room for further contracts with OMV for other locations.
? Valuation:
Further to OMV, we continue to highlight that the value Grafysorber can recover from these waste streams is likely to be highly attractive to larger international players in the Oil and Gas sector, with Directa Plus now targeting these players with data from a commercial track record, with the potential success in this being upside to our forecasts and valuation. We retain our Buy recommendation and 250p valuation.”

“Directa announced a significant contract win yesterday, its second major contract with OMV Petrom for waste treatment services using Grafysorber. The four year contract has a total value of €3.2m (c.€0.8m per annum from August 2021). This provides underpinning for current forecasts and builds on recent contract momentum. Meanwhile, there has been further success at the Olympics for cyclists wearing jerseys printed with Directa’s graphene (the Planar Thermal Circuit). The medal haul so far is five, including a gold and a silver for Annemiek van Vleuten. This is further evidence of the increasing commercial opportunity within premium sports clothing, driven by the high performance characteristics of Directa’s graphene.”

Their Bitumen additive still looks very positive for future sales too imo.
Found this last night, carbon reduction given by using DCTA's additive sounds impressive and hopefully will get some attention in todays aspiring carbon neutral planet

Great PR and adding another string to the bow for Directa. Where are you Versarien!?
