Yes, I know.
CB,
You have doubted the significance of CyanConnodes involvement in the EESL Inspire 2019 event. And always have done. And trying to make a mountain out of a mole-hill, with this " ...... one word that changed the whole dynamic ..... " quote, because you know how significant it was.
Anil Daulani and Gautum Kumar presented and were involved in the EESL Inspire 2019 event, during 11th/12th November, 2019, which consisted of 5 sessions, over 2 days. Anil led the discussion in the session on Communication Backbone.
Also in the report, under the heading " Consultative workshop on national smart prepaid metering " the report confirms that " CyanConnode were also invited to participate in a consultative workshop, at the end of November ( 29th and 30th.)"
This is where Sylvain Vittecoq presented. This was also a " .... 2 day event, split into sessions, each including an open house discussion as well as short presentations. " Organised by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, in association with the United States Agency for International Development ( USAID.)
Not the 11th/12th November EESL Inspire 2019 round table event that Anil Daulani and Gautum Kumar attended.
They were different events.

LTI.
LTI, you have doubted all day that the CC presentation was short. You found text including the detail that a presentation took place, and deleted the word 'short'.... simples. I do expect more from you to be honest, tonlie isn't smart enough to work it out.
CB,
Check my 17:13 post. You now it is the same one. And it has all the words. But you already knew that and you did not want to post it to give an overall view, for readers to decide for themselves.
And as far as " .... one word that changed the whole dynamic ..... " goes, I doubt my typing error made any difference to anyone else, as I posted the original report at 17:13, for all to view and decide for themselves. Including you.
LTI.
Colour, good to read that again.
I was more interested in CC getting praised for Indore and the consideration being given to OPEX.
Carry on with chatter.

It's this one, you posted it today. This one has all the words in tho ; )
CB,
Found the passage you quoted in the report. So it is the same report. So why not post it and let readers decide?
LTI.
Come on LTI, one word that changed the whole dynamic, and you delete it trying to add volume to your argument regards the length of presentation. Let's just get on with it, you know that it was a short presentation, 10 minutes is probably giving it too much respect. Pedro is wishing he never asked.
Hello CB,
Got it. But as I said, nothing " deliberate " as you suggested, just a typing error.
I gather, as you are posting under the " CyanConnode continues an active roll ...... " heading, that you are referring to the same report as me? But I also see that " ....... the Chairman informed members that the Government of India is now committed to rollout 250 million smart pre-payment meters in the next 3 years " with " At a recent Smart Grid Division meeting ...... " added at the beginning of the quote, because I did not include that originally, which is from the report I posted at 17:13 today, is not the same as the quote that you posted at 10:24 today, which was " During the latest meeting, the Chairman informed the members that the Government of India is now committed to rollout 250 million smart pre-payment meters in the next 3 years."
But if you had access to the report, why not just post it, in its entirety?
Or maybe you only wanted to give your version and opinion of the event, rather than post the report so readers could decide for themselves.
Personally, I think that would have been the better option.
LTI.
Well it's the only one I have come across that has thousands and thousands of entries.
It will all be worth it come 31/03/21 if not long before. You must admit it looks good.
DYOR
tonlie, this BB is so entertaining LOL.
Colour, is that all you have been going on about today.
India is about to get underway and it is generally Smart.
Don't waste time talking about petty things.
If that large buy had been in the right time sequence I have no doubt SP would have been above 6p.
I no longer think it is about contract wins, which take a while to finalise but more about ramping up supplies so as not to get caught short but not overstock either.
As the Software originates in UK I should imagine tight security is needed to protect uploading which I should imagine is done in UK. As numbers increase I should think error factors could as well.
If all goes well possibly million upon million will be produced so strict surveillance.

LTI 17:11 '" The workshop was part of the US -India bi-lateral " Smart Power for Advancing Reliability and Connectivity ( SPARC ) program, to modernise electricity distribution utilities, to improve operational and financial performance. The two-day event split into sessions, each including an open house discussion, as well as presentations.'
You deleted the word 'short' that falls 2nd last before 'presentations' ....................
CB - " SHORT, " you will have to elaborate? No " .. deliberate .... " intention as far as I am concerned.
LTI.
LTI - you deliberately deleted the word 'SHORT' in your cut and paste.
Tut Tut, now that is desperate my friend. But at least it shows the penny is dropping.
'The two-day event split into sessions, each including an open house discussion as well as short presentations.'
Doesn't sound a small gathering to me.
So, a tiny closed door round table event........... that lasted 2 days, I don't think so. Did anyone see the Trilliant/ EESL webinar earlier this year? That is how the real players roll, CC were just a voice among hundreds .
Why don't you get JC to release the script Anil presented with? It won't be confidential, everyone who paid to be there heard it, or SP sensitive, and will give us a clue how long he spoke for.
Sorry, missed a bit:-

LTI.
.............. in Indias's smart grid improvement plans.
From the report, which I think Pedro was referring to on Sunday:-
" CEO & Managing Director of CyanConnode India, Anil Daulani and Head of Delivery, Gautam Kumar, attended the round table , which consisted of 5 sessions. Anil led the discussion in the session Communication Backbone, describing the importance of network communication in AMI and outlining which aspects need to be considered, when selecting a suitable solution: network capacity, reach and scale, standards, cost and support."
So maybe a little more than " ....... 10 minutes of air ..... , " I would suggest.
Also from the report:-
" The workshop was part of the US -India bi-lateral " Smart Power for Advancing Reliability and Connectivity ( SPARC ) program, to modernise electricity distribution utilities, to improve operational and financial performance. The two-day event split into sessions, each including an open house discussion, as well as presentations.
" CyanConnode's CTO, Sylvain Vittecoq, presented during the session, " Metering, Communication and Interoperability." The Company's technology enables a standards-based communication platform , from device to enterprise application and software, which provides interoperability at each level."
An interesting report, taking in briefly what went on, during the " EESL Inspire 2019 " event.
