Joke from Finland.....
A Finnish and a Japanese company decided to organize an annual rowing competition with teams of 8. Both teams trained hard and long. On the day of the competition, both teams thought themselves to be in top condition, but the Japanese won by a kilometer.
After the loss, there was an atmosphere of defeat in the Finnish team. However, the leadership of the company decided that they had to win next year, for image reasons. They assigned a project group to solve the problem. After long analysis of the problem, they found that the Japanese had seven rowers and one person who steers(translation?), whereas the Finns had one rower and seven steerers(?).
In this crisis the leadership showed considerable ability to perform. Consults were hired to investigate how the team was put together. After a few months' work, experts arrived at the conclusion that there were too many steerers and too few rowers. Based on the report from the experts, the leadership of the company immediately made changes to the team. There were now four steerers, two executive steerers, a team leader and a rower. Additionally, a bonus point system was developed to motivate the rower. "We have to extend his job and give him more responsibility."
The next year the Japanese won by two kilometers. The Finnish team fired the rower for bad performance, but still paid a bonus to the leadership for the efforts they had made.
For next year, the Finns are developing a new boat.
That would be easy, all he needs to do is stop posting Mindless nonsense. I believe some of the idiot levels must be to get a reaction, I'd hate to let him down. LOL DYOR.
Colour B
Ramping is not my thing. I thought it looked cheap and was somewhat supported by last piece of business won. I tend to agree...it either halves...slowly....or they announce some new business and I will take a view then. Do you not feel you and Tony should kiss and make up ?!?!?!
Please JCEP, take over the Rampers post. You've been here a few weeks so will know far more than tonlie already I suspect.
JCEP if you fancy taking over be my guest, I think I have EXHAUSTED most angles, LOL.
LTI thanks for that, feels like proper information.
jake, sorry about that, before your time, try looking up UGLY DUCKLING.
ITT, hang on in, business is business, does not matter from where.
Colour, you must be used to dealing with much higher figures but to me contracts leading to possible 4m units is fine by me.
Well that's the shareholders forum dealt with, the rest of you DYOL.
Pleeease, can someone else tell tonlie that JC was expecting NEW high volume orders !!! That is NEW ORDERS tonlie, nothing to do with existing ones, how hard is this. I don't care if it's getting boring JCEP, and my financial position here is a level I am very happy with. If you sit on this share you will lose, simples.
Please filter if it's too unbearable LOL
WTF!! ......Mad as a bucket of frogs lol
IMO, there is something very wrong with the way this business is being run.
In the last 6 months, the only two orders that shareholders know about are:-
1. An old order (i.e. from 2018) that seems to have got going but who knows.
2. An order in Thailand via a business owned by Cyan's biggest shareholder. If he wasn't a Cyan shareholder, would he have bothered using them?
Where lies the problem?
Product?
BoD?
Partners?
Potential customers?
The BoD don't seem to have clue where the problem lies, which strongly suggests to me that it's them.
Last comment jake.. I think a better act would have been fluffing your feathers and crying 'look at me, I'm a swan, I'm a swan', you don't have to sing it though. LOL
With CC the old saying ......you can put lipstick in a pig , but it's still a pig rings very true lol.
Tony
ColourB has obviously lost a lot of money on this and is understandably mightily p—sed off. However, it’s not worth arguing with someone who can only see it one way.
You can’t teach a pig to sing....you’ll waste your time and the pig will get fed up.
(Sorry ColourB but it is getting a bit boring...especially when you are actually very knowledgable on the subject)
Well Colour, your BP must be at least 160. What are you on about, if you don't know the names of the contracts how do you know they are not the ones going through. Utilities with 4m customers, often place small orders that progress to large roll outs.
CC was aiming for break even (500,000 units) this year, which as you keep saying is not a lot, so looking at recent results will probably be well surpassed.
I speak to CC on and off, which you probably do not, and am satisfied with progress.
You are wrong if you think forecasts are promises, it is what is anticipated until somebody puts a spanner in the works.
I am surprised that you have ever held shares of any company, it's all hit and miss, more hits hopefully.
DYOR
Bottom line tonlie. They landed 1 order, not the volume they threatened, and lost at least 2 others - both largest orders to date. So when you ask what else am I looking for, it's at least the other 2 orders, and both being substantial as JC forecast. Now you have hopefully learnt something there. Stop with the ignorant excuses, read all the past RNS information and don't question here what is happening. Grow a pair and talk to CC, just make sure your questions are seeking answers to promises made. To do that, you need to understand it, so read everything.
Well Colour, I was asking the question on CAPEX as I did not know but seemed to me to may be have a bearing on your EESL
Carry on throwing the insults, it covers areas where you cannot give answers.
I have no doubt we will get a six monthly update about September then we can have serious comments.
I am happy with current situation, at least we see contracts developing.
DYOR
' I take you are not a money man but what do you think of my comment CAPEX v OPEX relating to EESL'
About the same as CC have said Clown. Don't make out you understand it, just keep posting what everyone already knows. Now ' They are the disclosures, what else are you looking for.' Seriously, how thick are you?
Well Colour, in my opinion you may have some technical knowledge and friends in the trade but beyond that you are clueless especially with small companies and finance.
Don't just keep on moaning, investors are on here to hopefully make money, if they are not happy they leave, you however seem to have this inbuilt hatred of BOD and company. Not good for a persons mental state.
DYOR
Absolute **** . DYOR this Clown is clueless.
Well Colour I think you have problems. You just do not want to know. JVVNL, Indore, Mysore, Southern India, Thailand X2.
They are the disclosures, what else are you looking for. Of course there could be more to come.
The 6 monthly update about September time will be just that if we are lucky.
I take you are not a money man but what do you think of my comment CAPEX v OPEX relating to EESL.
DYOR
Like I say, keep Humming with Fingers in Ears..... Eleven months is almost a Year tonlie, how long do you suggest to 'sit back' and watch this joke? And your research yet again means nothing, ..... Publication of audited accounts for the fifteen-month period ended 31 March 2020 - by 30 September 2020. Do you ever read anything?
Don't bother Colour, the market is now in charge and will go up and down without your rantings. We will no doubt get a 6 monthly comes September, we have had new contracts and re instigated ones (JVVNL) over last few months and I am sure more to come. Just sit back and wait and then you can mouth off may be.
DYOR
'We are currently working on a large number of tenders which we believe will result in substantial new contract wins for the Company by end of October.'
Keep Humming with Fingers in Ears, and it will all go away. Or it could be acknowledged that CC have lost far more contracts than won in this time, and confirms just how badly run they are. They sit in silence, taking your money, for months on end. Most informative lines come from the deluded Anil Tweet account, cracking way to run a business JC.
