Sorry.
....its suitability to......
Well ITT, I think spot on. If APRAAVA want to go into Smart Meters who better than an ex CC CEO. If he uses say the already CC inside Genus he could have his Smart set up 75% done.
They obviously pay more than CC but equally he may be looking for APRAAVA CEO.
You just never know CC could do very very well out of this.
Wonder if JC proceeded with Licensing idea, Genus could be a valuable partner with this.

Having read the 'Recommendations' on Rajiv Kumar's LinkedIn page, I can't help but think that his moving on is Cyan's loss. However, the skills that he holds might not have suited the job that he had to do at Cyan.
There might be another explanation. Perhaps he was originally placed in Cyan to assess the company and its suitable to partner (e.g. IntelliSmart) with and his work is now done.
Good morning tonyj,
And people move on, which is the point I was making.
LTI.
Morning LTI,
No, my comment was why he left Schneider for Intellismart, big move to new jv, also further on had he not left Inellismart before joining CC.
Good morning 2cv and all,
I think there are a few weeks left yet, before the latest date when the FY 2021/2022 figures are due for release. So like you, I cannot see any connection.
Take care, 2cv.
LTI.
Over the years I have worked closely with very senior staff. Very few stay more than 3 years at a company before moving on to, as Colour suggests, climb the corporate ladder.
Perhaps my only regret of working life is not realising earlier, the game of work is on the whole played as thus.....
1) Work you way into a role at a smaller but well recognised company and latch onto someone gullible with influence.
2) Make your own mark by nodding a lot and agreeing with those who have influence and supporting their ideas no matter how crazy they appear.
3) spend the next 3 years or so making your own mark no matter how much havoc you cause, doesn't matter how much you ball5 up as long as your salary keeps rolling in
4) As soon as you learn the influencers you collected along the way are leaving make sure you have the option of a new employer or better still move with your influencers to their new company and enjoy a big pay rise. You may need to take a temporary role or a consultancy short term.
5) Move on ,leave any ball5 up you have made behind, slate wiped clean...
We used to call it the corporate merry go round. I managed to get over 50% of the way up the greasy ladder ,I was one of those who believed hard work promotion and the usual bonuses ,looking after your team interests and the wage rises that ensued for performance was the norm.
Unfortunately it was quite late on that I was told this funfair was in town, had I known earlier I would have bought the annual pass and jumped on the first ride lol.
Can't see any connection with the report myself.
And, "delayed" ? Last year it was released on 6/8/21, and the one before that on 4/9/20.
I hope this ones untimely departure doesn't have anything to do with the delayed FY report.
I trust this helps your understanding tonyj.
You are welcome. Opinions differ, as we know.
LTI.
IMO. They move fairly often, using the same principles regardless, and always rely on the 'who you know' method. I haven't met one yet that can deliver. It kind of says it all when the likes of LTI congratulates Rajiv for his contribution, knowing absolutetly nothing about his impact on any aspect of the company. Climbers love the likes of LTI.
Good evening tonyj,
You seem to have covered the main companies of Rajiv's employment. But why it would be puzzling to you, for Rajiv to move from IntelliSmart to CyanConnode, or to change jobs generally, it is what some people do.
LTI.
He's a Corporate Climber tonyj. I doubt he knew much about what CC even do, it's all fluff and bluster until the next rung. Anils case is more Snakes and Ladders. It will all be alien to you, but it is how the big world works.
Thanks for that Colour, wonder why he left Schneider, Intellismart had only just started, then to move to CC, puzzling.
At APRAAVA he would be hard pushed to move them into Smart Meters unless he is going to contract CC.
That could have been a bargaining chip for getting the job.
Even so I would have thought he would have stuck with Schneider.
DYOR
No, he was a General Manager at Schneider.
Afternoon LTI.. As you have been looking at Rajiv perhaps you can enlighten me.
2015 -2018 was Rajiv not Head of Business (AMI) APRAAVA before joining Intellismart.
I may be wrong.
Given his contribution was never acknowledged by CC, how on earth do you know what his contribution was?
All very strange.
...... as we are aware, has already joined Apraava Energy, after he left CyanConnode India. So it would seem like an orderly departure for both parties - Rajiv and CyanConnode India.
But I wish Rajiv well, for his contribution to the business while at CyanConnode and also in his new position at Apraava Energy, in what would seem is a new venture for what was originally CLP and has now changed to a new corporate identity in Apraava Energy, during October 2021.

From the report:-
" After powering India for almost two decades as a diversified provider of low-carbon energy, CLP India today announced a refreshed drive to accelerate growth under its new corporate identity - Apraava Energy. Strengthening its commitment to support the development of a green economy in India, Apraava Energy will seek to encourage participation from local shareholders in the medium term."
