I am doubting CC will see another genuine contract win in 2020. Both me and JC will be happy if he can prove me wrong.
Nice one Colour, just waiting to hear you say it, you see you can get responses and do not even have to go to meetings.
However as you say face to face does get more information, was that a contradiction from you.
Quite easy to acknowledge questions without avoiding anything you do not like.
So now we have it, CC is about to take off, for size of company it is beginning to get a foothold in India and surrounding countries despite you saving they did not stand a chance.
DYOR, I'm happy, how say you Colour. ITT is living in expectation no doubt.
'What was the answer to your important question.'
tonlie, you know what my question was, and CC answered it. This confirms that not only you didn't pose questions of your own, you also didn't watch the presentation. Never mind DYOR, you need to generally wake up sometime.
Was there any mention of when shareholders can expect to receive their first dividend?
Colour, you should write your BB's before you go to the pub. I very much doubt you have attended many CC meetings except at first when you got carried away. What was the answer to your important question.
I am quite pleased with situation, my average is still falling, my numbers rising, India about to take off and confident CC can manage with current finances and JC leasing returns starting to build a solid foundation.
One good question that arose was the mixed information arising from RNS details, Heather's comment rightly was not allowing the oppositon to place values on individual meters.
I think I have a solution which would satisfy the reader. Just thinking it out further.
At this point in time things look good for CC. So Colour: Unhappy, Tony: Happy. I prefer my lifeboat.
DYOR.
They were not questions at all, same old tonlie boloney. I have attended far more CC meetings than you ever will. I also made the most of face to face as that is where the real feel of any company gets exposed. Sit in the dark corners with the free biscuits and you get nothing. You know nothing about this company tonlie, yet you post daily. Your SP predictions are groundless as you really are way out of your depth here. Everyone else has done their own research, you are probably the last one that needs to. Pathetic really.
Well Colour I was not to bothered as they were not priority questions and in the second half. What was your answer, considering you are an armchair shareholder who never attends meetings.
It will be interesting to know from JC if CC features in this new setup as Heather referred to SPV's.
The problem for you Colour is that you have gone colour blind (LOL), you have constantly said CC RF is old hat and is going nowhere. Whereas in fact it is in the middle of all the latest thinking in India and as JC says is agnostic (funny word) so can be fitted in anywhere and mix together the various meters required from several manufacturers.
Indore is not snapping up CC for no reason, what do you think the reason is. They are making big money, not heard of before. CC RF easy to operate, install and expand.
Could hear good things soon.
ITT, you should pass your 7p with more to come.
DYOR
What a Mug : ))) Not that you asked any questions in the first place but you wouldn't get a reply to either, if you did they should just say you should have listened in the first place.
DYOR? Unbelievable.
Well Colour, don't hold your breath, I am not sure how we get replies to online presentations.
One question was, do we know roughly what percentage of Notspots there are in India. Having said that JC did say that was not his main aim for CC's part of market.
The other related to current production speed, JC having said he could ramp up to millions.
What was your reply.
DYOR
Come on tonlie, the world is holding it's breath in anticipation!
Oh dear tonlie, not again!
tonlie, be good to know what you asked?
Colour, stop moaning and sit back and enjoy it. You have never seen so many contracts in hand and being delivered. The size is growing and of course the leasing is slowly building. Forget about previous years, ITT has but still pays lip service. We cant wait to achieve 6 to 7p. A little bit longer ITT. Just a matter of time.
DYOR
JC said a few times this years revenue will be the best ever. Then again, he said 2019 would hit forecast.
If he ever starts delivering on the threats, market reaction may change. It is going to take a while I think.
I didn't miss much then - big surprise.
The market's reaction to the latest series of RNSs must have left JC & Co pretty deflated.
We'll have to wait until December now for the 6 months accounts to 30/09/2020. Shareholders will be expecting a dramatic improvement in the company's performance being reported then, won't they? I will be.
One might have expected company and broker to be promoting the event
Nobody outside of shareholders or X shareholders will have ever heard of CC. Why would they?
tonlie, be good to know what you asked?
It's a shame that. according to the poll, only 17% of the audience were non shareholders
Be good to know what you asked and what the response is.
Good afternoon all,
I agree tonyj. Both Heather and Simon before her, were/are able to talk about CyanConnodes products and contracts, with knowledge and confidence and not just about the financial aspects of the Company.
But a good presentation/promotion of the Company and its products and prospects.
LTI.
Be good to know what you asked and what the response is. I hope R&D Tax rebate continues after Covid, sounds like CC are going to have to invest big time to get Omni functional in future markets.
Actually Colour I did ask 2 questions on Q&A. Probably get answers later.
It was mainly for new investors and the product was covered well. I think the underlying factor was that line of credit meant no more cash calls, 2 year cycle for 80% cash of existing contracts, point of delivery for settlement was meter manufacturers premises, JC wanting more out of India than 'notspots'.
Thought Heather did well, took a lot of questions relating to more than finance and came over as knowing a lot about product and contracts, not just reading a script.
DYOR
You didn't ask any questions, guess too busy with the biscuit tin. The only thing really confirmed was the 350k order was same as expected, and the other 2 from a year ago sound at least another year away. Also reconfirmed, any UK revenue will not be realised until 2024/25 at least.
Well that was a decent Presentation. Nothing new from Colour's point of view but reinforced all the existing contracts of which probably 80% still to be delivered over coming 2 year period. A lot of ground was covered, our relationship with partners. I think the coming months will see deliveries on schedule, new contracts announced and good cash flow.
For a small company I feel that there is a lot of upside.
Investors will no doubt look at all the angles, there can be hiccups and delays in India but should proceed very well as the desire is there. JC says CC can supply into the millions, so it looks like they can meet any demand.
DYOR
If things are so rosy, they should release the company's accounts for Q/E 30/06/2020. If investors or watchers like what they see, they'll invest.
