Today's news shows that the London office property scene is likely to thrive for some time to come:
"The construction of office buildings in central London is at its highest level since the EU referendum....
....Deloitte found that 37 new office schemes were started in the six months to the end of March, adding 3.5 million sq ft to the development pipeline. The amount of office space being built was 12 per cent higher than Deloitte found in its previous survey in November. New starts included the construction of two buildings in King’s Cross that have already been let to Facebook.
etc"
Tipped again by Simon Thompson in IC today...
N+1 Singer retain their 17.5p EPS and 4.4p dividend forecasts for this year, and have some interesting commentary about the European expansion for Technologies:
"TClarke is pursuing opportunities for its Technologies business in western Europe, establishing a new subsidiary, TClarke Europe Limited. This decision was driven by demand from its existing large multi-national clients. A European presence potentially represents a significant opportunity for the Group, with data centre projects often worth £25m-£30m. Project wins here would represent upside to our forecasts. Again, the Group will maintain a disciplined approach to contract tendering and risk management in this region."
with a very positive outlook, and order books hugely up on last year and essentially stable since the year end.
Great to see a company actually set out the expectations for a change - 17.5p EPS should bring home to people the miserly rating CTO is on.
And VERY encouraging to see the expansion into Europe for the Technologies division....

"TClarke wins iconic Colston Hall music venue in Bristol
1/5/19: TClarke has won the M&E package for the transformation of Bristol’s iconic entertainment venue, Colston Hall. Rob Faro, TClarke MD for the South West, sets out the project’s significance.
Colston Hall is a big win for us; significant for its scale, complexity of the engineering and our opportunity for early engagement. This is one of the region’s major M&E contracts where once again we are working in partnership with Willmott Dixon.
This is a full MEP installation, including specialist stage lighting and AV containment, life safety systems and data. As a world class music and performance venue the ventilation, heating and cooling require particularly fine control to deliver the perfect user experience, this is where our expertise in technology sets us apart from our competition.
Colston Hall was opened just a few years before TClarke’s ground-breaking first electrical installation in the Savoy Theatre, we are still breaking new ground with technology and innovation in entertainment venues just like this.

Excellent....

"TClarke wins Royal Bank of Canada fit out at 100 Bishopsgate
8/4/19: TClarke has won the fit out for levels 1-7 of Royal Bank of Canada’s new London headquarters at 100 Bishopsgate, where we have been working up to date on the shell and core for Multiplex. This project covers 246,000 sq ft of prime London office space.
Group CEO Mark Lawrence was pleased to make the announcement. “We’re delighted to win this project and our packages cover electrical and fire alarms work. Every time we win a competitive tender such as this one, it is a confirmation that TClarke’s core M&E business has an attractive, market-leading offer. Once again, a global financial institution is putting its faith in TClarke to deliver the service and the result they want – and my congratulations go to the TClarke team involved.

Nice 30k buy at 121.5p...
From the "UPS" thread ...........
Master RSI Forecast for CTO Year 2019
Item Fcast - Year 2019
Revenue 343.00m
Operating profits 10.15m
Profit before tax 9.40m
Profit after tax 7.63m
EPS -Basic 17.80p
Dividend Final 4.60p
Margins 2.95%
No. of shares 42.868m
A 5.56% increased in Revenues, as margins move to 2.95% overall, EPS increases to 15.75%,
so is the Dividend by 15%, keeping the same proportion of around 3.85 times EPS.
comment:
As shares are trading at 120p, the PE falls to 6.7, well undervalued for a
company growing at a rate of 15% on EPS and cash of £12.4m in the bank.
Hi " cj62 "
Strange enough, I have in front of me a spreadsheet where I was typing.... revenue, Operating profits, and a few more
So you will have to wait because so far I did not have the time to give it a good look at the company's forward-looking prospects.
Out of interest what is you forecast Master ?
