Looks like they've made their .money on a CFD and got out. They will have bought in the 3p plus range so will have made a good wedge. Wouldn't surprise me if they buy back in during the next few days in anticipation of a rapid SO rise on a positive RNS.
In section 7 the "Position of previous notification " is often filled in so you can see if the investor has increased or decreased their position. The dates in section 5 on the 3 RNS reports gave it away this time.
if you read past the header it states the percentage holdings and total holding so it's either
gone up (buying ) or gone down (selling or changed due to dilution placing/consolidation)
Approx £50k per month from the 2019 report.
Belstaff, yes. Although you probably gathered that from the other postings.
I wonder what their burn rate is. How long that £320k will last. You'd imagine they've tightened their belts, but it looked like they were previously around £100k per month from the fundamentals.
How can you tell if it’s a buy or a sell on the TR-1 form? It says ‘ An acquisition or disposal of voting rights’.
Newbie here.... thanks.
reported to ctea
not on ctea
TR1 21/5 11.11%
TR1 26/5 3.66%
TR1 27/5 LESS THAN 3%
All lazily reported on ctea on 1/6 all RNA today 3/6
whatever happened to the 96 hour rule for all % thresholds passed up or down beyond 3%
Interesting that Spreadex built up their to 11.11% and then dumped 8%. So they have been the big seller in the background who has knocked the SP down. They are nearly all out now with under 3%, unless they were trying to drive other people to sell as well. So they could buy back in again at lower SP, interesting few days coming up.
Craggs, are you saying this is a reduction of their holdings?
They raised £320k with a placing in April.
Looks like a placing coming with them dumping.
Thanks Craggs, I can see what you’re saying now. Strange business.
They've reduced their position from 11.11% to less than 3% over a number of day ins March (21st to 27th).
They facilitate spread betting, long and short. But they are a business and invest in companies also.
If spreadex position increasing why the continuous drop??
Does spreadex facilitate shorting?
Spreadex still buying. Although I’m confused by the last RNS.
