And this from someone who is FCA registered. He couldn’t get closer to the Madoffesque theme if he tried.
9.4m in 2 1/2 years for lies. He should be sharing a cell with Bernie."
The simplest explanation is often the correct one. That holds true in this case. Dougal doesn't know anything. He briefly acknowledged and accepted that his money is gone a while ago, but seems to have done a 180 and has enthusiastically embraced delusion again.
Ah it’s not new to me, I’ve been reading this board at least four years, just rarely see any point in contributing to the noise. After months of watching dougal talk to himself and now his insistence he knows something im curious as to why he’s not sharing when anything he knows isn’t bound to confidentiality ...
I notice you didn't reply to me Dougal. Are you more interested in shareholders like yourself seeing a return or playing stupid games on a message board?
1) I hope shareholders get a a return
2) I have no financial stake in this game
3) Don't believe in god. If I wanted to talk to the wall, I would be asking for shareholders to get a return and there be an investigation into the companies behaviour.
4) Any evidence yet?
Why don’t you share what you know dougal? Plenty of us LTHs deserve any significant news if it’s got some substance. Don’t really understand people trying to keep ‘secret’ information which any shareholder is privy to and they don’t know just because they’re not in the right group or whatever
As I have saidm I would be very happy if shareholders got a return here. But yet again hairy, I see no reason to believe they will.
Any evidence of progress yet? How many more years?
More fairy tales dougal? Because without any evidence what you "know" might as well be a fairy tale.
hi knigel.
i haven't been posting as much since my return as i used to,
as other priorities are taking time. but if you look back over last
few weeks, i have posted about a few of the shares that i hold,
e.g. astraz, aviva, and bp, so yes i do sometimes comment on
companies where i am invested. - but on the whole, there
is not actually so much to chat about with some of those
more mainstream, supposedly 'steady' investments.
& often those shares are already well discussed and
publicly analysed by professional commentators etc.
even when they are not doing that well (as with aviva in
recent months) i don't really see the point of pis posting
to "defend" such investments .... pi posting won't make
a blind bit of difference to such share price movements.
(e.g i do still trade in and out of lloyds, but can't see much
point in chatting about it, or brexit, on the lse board much.)
mainly, i think posts are just for interest & entertainment.
but i'm not fond of seeing boards being used for scams.
Thought it was obvious. Spikeyj isn't s fan of AIM or companies that get suspended but continue to hold out hope of return as it's very rare any company does come back (unless it's a RTO, nomad or corporate event). However I do think it's "easy" to target these shares because anyone can trash a company in trouble...it harder actually to defend one of your investments that are not doing well - speaking from experience. So although I have no issue with this poster, I am not sure I have ever seen him posting on shares he holds. Happy to be corrected.
wow, amit has bought stuff at amazon before.
and jeff bezos works with amazon, apparently.
so maybe, trade sale exit for cloudtag to amazon?
& i also heard that amit was one of the co-founders
of amazon. well, one of the early investors anyway.
ok, maybe not that, but he probably bought at least
one product from amazon. --- so it's probably ok to say
that amit helped to commercialise amazon, isn't it?
