AIM4, I also haven't read the whole article in last week's Times - for the self-same paywall reasons.
However, it seems to be an investigation into the uselessness of Action Fraud, the police's public-facing reporting service, plus a condemnation that the police as a whole cannot cope with the sheer amount of fraud cases, which they are being made aware of.
Spikeyj, no I haven't read it and as I don't buy the print version and it's behind a paywall I don't subscribe to, have no idea what it's about and its relevance to Ctag.
Have you seen 'Have your say' in the Sunday Times 'Money' section today? One of the comments is mine, totally irrelevant to Ctag but hey ho.
re Friday 16:28, “... now the police have
opened a formal investigation...”, has
anyone read Times lead article today?
"I suspect that even if Amit ends up in jail for fraud Dougal and the other numpties will be visiting him in jail asking for updates on the Onitor Track!" Best paragraph I think I've ever read on LSE.
FTW: Just logged in and your post made me spit my coffee over the screen !
Laugh........I could almost buy a round !
Think I'll have a beer instead.
If the company has been sold (and please, don't hold your collective breath), presumably discussions around its sale have been ongoing for some months.
Which would then beg the question - why bother closing down Cloudtag Caymans and establishing brand-new NewCo in St. Vincent, if Amit knew it was imminently going to get sold?
I suspect the answer would be obvious...
Never seen or heard of anything like this it is a joke
There's going to be a tech update AND a commercial update next week.
That's if he doesn't change his mind or keeps putting it off and just plain not doing it.
Bit like the IPO and the sale before Christmas.....or was that last summer.
CTAG.....the company that keeps on giving........Absolutely F*** All !!
Other than "the company has gone into administration" there's really nothing else to discuss.
Dead on here tonight

T
He closed the Caymans company and reopened NEWCO in st Vincent.
Unfortunately it's still not worth anything IMHO.
Apparently he was kicked out of the Caymans but that is just a rumour.......one of the many.
The shills have been very quiet recently.......perhaps they're not getting paid anymore ??
I personally don't read too much that's additionally ominous into that, Latino - let's face it, it's not like we need any more.
Seems to be simple confirmation that CTAG UK and CTAG Caymans (where the registered office got moved to a couple of years back) are both being reported as closed by Companies House.
As per Q4's announcement on the latest CTAG corporate shenanigans, "old tired Caymans" CTAG has been disappeared, to be replaced by "brand shiny new" CTAG, which has its registered offices in St. Vincent.
Can any informed poster what this mean for shareholders ?
