Every speculation over the past 3 + years is just that. For all we know Amit could close St Vincent and Investors will not have a clue what’s holed up there based on what’s been disclosed
As with all things CTAG, everything ‘researched’ by private investors is meaningless. Hard castiron evidence needed after zilch news for over 3 years
39MA Thats the problem.
You "could"s had no evidence.
Any other device could have a superior algo, you only wanted to see the evidence one way. You needed clear evidence for other devices but none for the onitor.
The onitor device was unsuited to your speculative model. a) it apparently barely ever worked, and not well. b) 24hr monitoring has a higher potential, to think gathering that more data of the same standard is bad, is just wrong headed.
Your tried to dismiss my block chain posts, without any specific points.
Same pattern over and over again. Turns our all your could's, turned into nopes.
Amit been pretty silent on Cayman strike off (discovered by an investor and not volunteered)
The all tech, research and IP transferred to St Vincent with a promise/reassurance the worthless initial A of A is/will be updated.
There is only so much Investors can tolerate given past 3 year history. And the 2 closed twitter groups know as much as anyone else- nowt
My post history is intact indeed. Perhaps when you have your "too and to's" straight and your "your and you'res" straight you'd try have a reread on how I worded it all - carefully. It's obvious who skim read the lot including the studies else you'd have wound your neck in truly ages ago...
I suppose you want to glaze over the everything or nothing hashtag too :-)
But let's not glaze over the device that PREDICTS weightloss. What on earth were you on about? ***
I did touch on *how* the design showcased by Cloudtag and how it *could* link with IMEC's previous work. Maybe you apply such a healthy dollop of negative bias when reading my posts to counter the positive bias you assume others (the ones you're apparently protecting!) read them with? I started posting after delist to iron out plenty misunderstandings on the potential of the tech.. I made a case of barely, if at all, mentioning the investment situation itself.
*** I did touch on how the device and coupling with IMEC research that was carried out at the right time, could be used almost to facilitate a type of controlled 'beep test'/20m shuttle run test. With a controlled set of exercises, and being indoors with no equipment, a metric for cardiorespiratory fitness could be derived and used to predict onset of NCDs such as diabetes - it is confirmed as one of the earliest ways to detect onset. Not to mention it is on the CloudTag patent, else where is the competition I ask you? Of course we have optimal BMI cut offs etc. for predicting such diseases depending on demographic hence I believe the focus on Western countries initially... But why bother? I'm the one who invested and still don't regret it. I also want a healthier future for humans and not a big pharma drug monopoly... And less drugs like the recently approved Farxiga.
Obesity Epidemiology, Frank B. Hu 2008 is a good place to start reading if interested in seeing the light. Perhaps some "design of experiments" books too.
Original dan, lap it up...
Heh. Touchy much, HGB? Well, I suppose the truth hurts - and presumably doubly so in your case, given your extreme allergy to it.
Kiddo, if you're going to dish it out, at least have sufficiently sized stones to be able to take it.... and I'M the hypocrite? Too funny...
Anyhow, credit where it's due. You are utterly right about one thing in your most recent post. It is indeed going to be a long wait, gringo.... an endless one.
You have a nice day now x
Oh dear. Still drowning his sorrows I see.
Rather than some clever after dinner speech competition between certain opposing parties why don’t you try and engage with Amit to determine what exactly has been transferred to New Co, St Vincent.
My bet at least one (and given little or no prominence past 3 years) is commercial. I suspect sociopath Amit is about to completely and finally shaft all investors.
Get over yourself saint sandy you bloody hypocrite - at least I can convey a playground insult without 10 paragraphs of dribble preceding it...
(going to be a long wait gringo - I've never promised you anything)
Maybe we should refer to him as hairy pie from now on.
Honestly, HGB, is that all you've got? Playground level insult? Sadly, your much-demonstrated lack of spine is oh so obviously only matched by an equally laughable lack of maturity. Literally every word out of your mouth only serves to reinforce my point for me - it'd be hilarious, if only it wasn't so naff.
Anyhow, why don't you run along and get back to rustling up yet another batch of humble pies, kiddo. You know, the ones that you've been promising to force feed me for well over a year now... and still counting. Presumably with this huge amount of experience you're amassing in the kitchen, you'll be applying to enter the next series of the Great British Bake Off?
I'm still waiting...
Crikey that was an awful lot to swallow sandy, thankfully I don't swallow but I'm sure one of your little fluffers will be along shortly to lap it all up..
Oh look -how unsurprising. Whipping their respective ponies into a lather, heading over the hill at a desperate gallop, here comes the CTAG BB's answer to Oscar Wilde, HairyGrotBox, accompanied by his faithful Sancho Panza-esque mini-me support monkey, that equally eloquent paragon of wit, Hubbabubbas.
These two could equally be referred to for brutally clear reasons as johnson and johnson - there's never been a more obvious pair of johnsons. And of course that's the only time anyone will ever see those two words used in any relevant context whatsoever in relation to Cloudtag.
Get a little objectivity here, you two. I think you'll find that all the mutual massaging is actually taking place in that oh so exclusive gentlemen's club of the closed user group.
However, Hubbabubbas, staggeringly enough you are finally right about one single thing. Absolutely nothing has indeed changed with the complete vacuum that is Cloudtag. Nor will it ever.
However boys, keep on baking those never-ending batches of humble pies now, won't you? Now that Q3 2019 has gone completely by the wayside, when's the next guaranteed 100% cast-iron drop-dead line in the sand being shifted to?
39MA still waiting for his onitor payday. All that unique technology that totally exists and is so valuable. Stories and insults don't make you right and they can't undo your post history. Error after error.
If anyone is in genuine dialogue with Amit, perhaps they can ask what precisely ,and in detail, has been transferred
Accomplished. Nobody is none the wiser
Nothing changed here then, usual *******s from the non investors and Dougal still deciding if he has invested or not. You out the twitter group then Dougal now your spying mission is completed
“all technology, research & development and intellectual property” transferred to New Co/ St Vincent,
Not exactly specific given the past 3 year history. So what precisely has been transferred?
39MA, can't imagine what you do for a living but your talent in writing is really exceptional, that dirty mouth hairy should try sitting in the bath sideways and he can suck himself off.
The lesser of the two vultures swoops down to the commotion, picking at the hermit. It's eyes bulge as the residue of a colourful plant in the hermit's pocket hits it's tongue. Shrieking as it flies off: "wrong wrong wrong!".
After plenty of fanciful rambling it continues
".. device that claimed to predict weightloss through sampling of the heart rate.. "
The whole battlefield, even Spikey, looks up at the bird in bewilderment...
Perhaps this vulture is not just lacking teeth.
HITS thank you re: pockets of humour.. Sometimes like today they manage to find me. I haven't laid eyes on any Terry Pratchett but will bear the recommendation in mind!
Denia thank you, the best that can be done in this situation is attempt to add humour. I think you may be right regarding last chapter/s.
HGB, top effort as always. *hic*
What a cringe fest!
Credit where credits due though - you plastic gurus certainly know how to suck each other off if nothing else...
What a post 39 MA ,If this whole episode wasn't so tragic for the people involved it would be like reading a book that you didn't really want to end,but surely we must be nearing the last chapter.
39MA, excellent as usual. Managing to find pockets of humour in the ongoing Cloudtag tragedy is truly a gift.
Although on pure gut feel I am nigh on certain you'll know these, can I recommend to you the entire oeuvres of the late and much lamented Terry Pratchett? I am sure you'd enjoy them no end.
Matybe just a way too keep shareholders off his back, ignore that cloudtag has gone, here look at the shinny new cloudtag. O you want to sue cloudtag, sorry that one closed down.
Or maybe 400k cash -> St Vincent.
