1984 i don’t lie and bull****e people i tell the truth
1984 almost as bad as getting a kick out of being in Amits secret little club where you get to gloat about having insider information and share some cool emojis with everyone 🍾🧊
It's embarrassing that you fell for it so many times really
To get a kick out of goading people basically. Some very sad souls around, especially hiding on the internet
If you're so sure it's a con and nothing is coming why are you still here? I presume you don't believe in Santa Claus either, do you still sit up all night on Christmas Eve just to prove he isn't coming down the chimney. On second thought you probably do !!
I don’t thinks it’s funny at all but I think it’s a joke leading people on when most of the people on here now know that’s it’s a con and there is not a hope in hell of getting our money back off this
Angus, a lot of people here invested large sums so I don't think it's very funny. If as you are certain we've been robbed including yourself, one would think you would learn by mistakes.
However, I see you have lost 'everything' in COPL. The writing was on the wall for a long time there but you carried on buying, listening to people while they were busy offloading. Not really so funny is it
"Which would perhaps then suggest there are serious irregularities with the share capital book?"
There must be if it's taking this long to sort out any payments!
30th March 2023
"The Company would like to advise that the funds for the licensing agreement have been successfully deposited in an escrow account. The proceeds of both transactions shall be distributed simultaneously upon announcement."
Over a year!

“If you do believe we'll see a return, then it should be in 2024 surely? That way at least set yourself December as the cut off…”
‘17th April… The Paying Agent is continuing its work to resolve some final remaining anomalies with the share capital book, which it expects to do in a timely manner, before it commences all notifications including to brokers.’
December 2024 you think?
Which would perhaps then suggest there are serious irregularities with the share capital book?
Is that similar to being paid?
😂😂😂 people still think we will get payed not a chance
"Also just for good measure… I do believe we’ll see a return… I don’t in anyway shape or form believe he’s defrauding anyone."
If you do believe we'll see a return, then it should be in 2024 surely? That way at least set yourself December as the cut off because he'll still be spouting tripe then
Spike, you are a wealth of information, as is Dougie, who has his eye firmly on the ball (though marginally less antagonistic) :)
“… given that they [the agent] are currently sat on $50 million waiting to be paid out …”
but that is precisely the snag — as it is **not** a “given” at all, since there is zero independently verifiable evidence in the public domain, at least so far as i am aware, to evidence that any such agent exists, or (far more importantly!), whether that $50 million exists.
for sure, cloudtag has made such claims, but unverified claims don’t make it a “given”, imv.
(very happy to see any such evidence i may have missed if anyone can highlight such, and of course to then change my views accordingly.)
I’m not sure why people keep talking about the UK’s SFO in relation to cloudtag … since cloudtag is **not** a UK company … if it is indeed still registered anywhere, going from its own website, then cloudtag is registered in st vincent.
the SFO is part of the criminal justice system for england, wales and northern ireland, but its own powers and scope to investigate and prosecute do not extend over private unlisted companies listed in st vincent. (and so far as i can see, there is no meaningful evidence that cloudtag is actually ‘operating’within the UK in any meaningful sense? - but happy to see any evidence to the contrary that anyone can produce.)
… the UK’s SFO *does* potentially have a role in *assisting* an overseas jurisdiction investigating certain kinds of crime (in serious/complex fraud/financial) in their own area, but that would usually be in response to a request from a relevant body in that overseas body for the UK SFO to assist them, e.g. via an MLA (mutual legal assistance) request from an overseas jurisdiction.
… so with that in mind, if anybody wants to try to argue that there may be a fraud case to investigate or prosecute, surely it would be more appropriate for concerns to be raised with the regulatory body in st vincent, and then, *IF* they wanted to pursue that matter [… which seems pretty unlikely to me … ], st vincent could make an MLA request to the SFO?
“ Were you pi55ed off that Amit lied to you about the IPO?”
I’m aware of risk v reward, and no ipo is actually set in stone
The 17th April update… my view is, there’s a ‘tsunami’ of shareholders awaiting payment from the agents… given that they are currently sat on $50 million waiting to be paid out… don’t they?
Then is, I may think 2018 ipo was a perhaps a gamble worth taking. We’ll shall see
SOYO
“Whispering, you are quite new to the conversation here – joined on 24th February 2024 and appear to be firmly in Amit's corner. Would you not agree, that it is a shade disingenuous that he has promised payments for over a year, and keeps rehashing updates, which are effectively the same information over and over again? “
… Not that I feel I need to justify reasons for me being here, though just for you, I became a shareholder in June 2016, then bought in the pre ipo in 2018.
I’m not in Amit’s corner - for clarity - I have my own views.
I don’t necessarily believe he’s being disingenuous. So no I don’t agree with you. Though I don’t feel he is being as open as he perhaps could be.
There’s a reason why he keeps rehashing updates, and I think shareholders have a right to know
“What's a timely manner given we have been waiting over a year plus now?”
I’d like to know whose timeline/timeframe he’s working to… and why? Because this has dragged on, for what seems like forever.
Also just for good measure… I do believe we’ll see a return… I don’t in anyway shape or form believe he’s defrauding anyone.
There’s a loose guideline from the SFO that they will only look at cases ‘involving 10’s of millions of £’s’ and so it could then be that the c.£9M that the Pi’s spent, does not meet their criteria, for those that believed the Onitor phase was a scam (extremely difficult to prove) and used this as core to any complaint.
The 2nd phase then saw an alleged SaaP & DaaP deal arising off the algorithms that Onitor used (from 7 years ago) and with this, there are then ctag notices pertaining to $50M having been deposited & which are supported by the monthly updates of ‘the cheques are in the post’.
This too likely fails to meet the SFO criteria for a ‘serious or complex fraud’ with any possible non-payments of dividends / income, then being relegated to either a civil court claim for a fraud claim centred on tort of deceit (balance of probabilities) or via criminal court (beyond reasonable doubt).
As it currently stands, there exists a very high probability that the next ABH notice will again correlate to ‘the cheque is in the post’.
I had a thread of belief at one point we might be paid. The fact he hides behind these updates and the supposed NDA just adds to the frustration because we know he has probably fabricated the whole thing.
It was my comment!
1984 you realise no one is building any payment portal. That was simply a throw away comment much like many others over the years such as implementing their own blockchain (LOL), daap announcement, simultaneous contact etc etc etc
I’ve got an idea too, instead of penny pinching hiring cheap incompetent poles/Indians to build his payment portal, hire someone competent and it will be done in a fraction of the time (and cost)
Whilst we were addressing the remaining anomalies, we found there were further anomalies which required further investigation. These anomalies were not not evident two years ago when we started this process, we have, however, decided to have a short pause to investigate these anomalies which are causing anomalies with the payment date.
"Over 2 weeks since the agents where emailed by shareholders and not one response..."
Slight amendment, over 2 weeks since shareholders emailed Amit and he 'supposedly' passed the emails along.
All I can fathom is the agents all broke both of their hands and fingers and thus can't type or use a phone. Seems completely plausible doesn't it.
Over 2 weeks since the agents where emailed by shareholders and not one response...
Wonder if we will get our next delay this week.... how exciting.
