Hi, I am left!!!
Idiot that I am.
Obtained these wretched shares in December 2009 from Meikle, the original CEO to discharge a debt he failed to meet for consultancy services provided by my firm. They were worth £10k then and stupidly I never sold them whilst I had the chance always believing in a brighter tomorrow.
I can now rue my stupidity at leisure....
Heigh ho!!
Am I a lone voice I wonder?
Just an aside, do we have many private investors still holding either of the Craven entities shares? Would be interesting to see the share register to just who is still holding. It could reveal a lot! But there again it is probably completely out of date and would be misleading as everything to do with CRV has always been. It would make a very interesting book but everyone who read it would never believe it was all actually fact. John Le Carre couldn’t have made it up.
I posted the following in early 2020. Has anyone any answers/comments to the points I raised? See post copies below
We have all really been sold down the river over the last 15 years. It’s incredible that companies ( in this case one person) can get away with what charitably could be described as bad management, but in truth must be fraudulent trading. The regulators are toothless and allow this sort of thing to happen. No Aim directors ever seem to be taken to task when they run companies into the ground whilst lining there own pockets. There are too many companies where this has happened and Aim rules need totally rewriting to protect shareholders and not the principals.
Has anybody any idea of the mechanics of the trading arrangements for CIH? If there are buyers and/or sellers how is that fact imparted to shareholders or other potential investors? I seem to remember trading is intended to be available on a regular basis. So far I have no idea of the true value of the assets in CIH other than by a very unsophisticated way using the back of a fag packet or Abacus. It would be very useful to believe that the procedure will be done in an open and transparent way. Past experience over the last 12 years suggests it won't be. I am led to assume that everything will be handled purely in the director(s) and large shareholder's best interests. I could be a buyer, I could be a seller but at what price I haven't a clue. Any information on these matters would be very helpful. I really feel once again I have been taken for a mug! Come on Mr Pajak, try looking after the small band of shareholders who against all sound judgement have stood by you all these years. We really could do with some reward for our support! Go on surprise us.
So you think Magazinos still hasn't fully launched?
The current issue of the magazines needs to be available, otherwise demand's going to be minimal, that's for sure.
They have been working on the speed to read on Magazinos. Now the speed is 1 to 2 seconds to get a magazine. Now that the speed is done, new magazines will be uploaded..........
www.magazinos.com
Let me have a look at it.......
Look at TV ZINOS / www.tvzinos.com
You can watch the F1 Race from Silverston now on Sunday for free on MBC Action

Hello Iosbyios,
I took a look at Magazinos today.
It works much better than a few months ago.
But all the magazines I took a look at were back copies with the latest viewable edition a few months before the current date.
Have I missed something? Where would the demand for viewing back copies of magazines - perishable, ephemeral publications - come from?
That's positive!

Thanks, Iosbyios!
BSP did a merge with another Norwegian real estate company ( Bulgaria Eiendom Invest ) focusing on Bulgaria and could by that, not do an RTO with Yrro

Hi iosbyios,
do you have any idea what happened with the tie up with Black Sea Properties?
Why BSP didn't go ahead?
All the best

And the last review was several months ago.
So I assume things aren't going well at YRRO.
Sadly, it also says the product is unavailable!
I can see that the reviews for CRV's Omega 3 on Amazon are positive, 5-star rating from all!

CJohnSpain - me too. I bailed a couple of months ago with a 99%+ loss. Joke company.
Hello Grawostac,
I agree with all your remarks.
CRV is my worst investment mistake.
Hi CJohnSpain,
Thank you for your helpful and detailed reply. I appreciate it.
I will, and would, gladly share any info I get here for the benefit of all........when that will be forthcoming is the 64k$ of course.
Guess we are just in for the long haul. It is interesting to note the Swedish posters are now conspicuous by their absence as is everyone else...
I have a feeling this might become a last man standing exercise as we all soldier on in forlorn hope.
Whatever I thank you once more for kindly posting a reply.
Take care and be well.
Anon.

Hi Grawostac,
I think it's just because nothing's happened that there haven't been posts.
Could we agree now that whoever gets the CIH results first - not pending, of course!! - posts a full summary here. That would be really useful to other holders.
If I get them first, I'll be happy to summarise.
I really can't comment on Mark P, as I've never met him.
I just know there's a series of obvious improvements that could be made to keep shareholders in touch at CIH, but the Company don't understand the need.
As for Craven Capital, all the companies are still early stage and not much can be expected in my view.
As we have had no RNS about Black Sea Property taking up its option to acquire YRRO ltd's business assets, it looks like it's not going to happen. There was a sixth month window, which for exercising the option which has now closed.
Given Black Sea Property was waiting to see how YRRO ltd developed, we can assume it's not going well.
The only thing happening is Pajak ripping everyone off.
How many years?
Failure after failure
Hi All,
I hope all is well with everyone: the regular posters here particularly.
Given the conversation relating to use another posting medium it is so quiet here I'm wondering if there's a new platform operating which I'm not aware of?
In all probability it is just because nothing of note has happened, is happeniing, or will happen with this jinxed share.........
Whatever stay well and safe and have an enjoyable summer!
Grawostac
Hello Tully,
very glad to hear from you. Given what you have said about your health, I feared your silence might be due to health issues.
I hadn't noticed DLC's market price had collapsed back to a few cents!! So given that development that's estimated NTAV for CIH of around $10m. Having said that, DLC's share price does tend to rocket up and down on almost no volume.
My feeling is more mis-management of this company than dishonesty. So many self-inflicted errors could have been avoided, if external input had been paid attention too. You're right though that much is promised, but much less delivered!
De-listing hasn't produced the benefits claimed, as there have been no significant acquisitions since de-listing, and the justification was that de-listing would free the company from onerous aim rules that were preventing profitable deals.
I don't think we should give up, Tully: remember we still have some serious heavyweight investors on board here. And although the company is de-listed, it's not private.
I may write to the company soon and make some suggestions.
All best
Spot on CJ
Nobody apart from us would know who CIH was, so sellers have to rely on someone actually contacting Pajak and saying they want to buy shares in the company. What do you reckon the chances of that are? Lets revisit what he said via RNS last May 1st:
"The holders of shares in Craven Industrial Holdings will not be significantly hindered in this regard and will receive regular communication outlining opportunities to sell their shares or increase their holding".
I held my shares because of that statement, couldn't get it taken private quick enough could he? Getting a little bit too hot on AIM.
Anyone had any regular communication from them? Me neither...
I have accused him of being a liar and accused him of treating the shareholders appallingly. He disagreed of course...But I challenged him on 2 facts I know which were incorrect. No reply...
The man is a Charlatan. If he disagrees, pay me or take me to court.
Sorry CJ, DLC is currently 0.055c bid, another Pajak triumph. We have been robbed guys, just accept it like I have.
