Quite right PC.
Some don't grasp the sig of enhanced / punitive damages awarded.
Court is saying you intended to infringe / reckless whether you were or not.
Do peeps seriously think Telsa are want to go through a public process to expose themselves as either inept or immoral?
CPX leverage massively increased now. - if the BOD play it right , this could transform the company.
A lot of hype, including myself, about the potential penalty income due to CPX from Maxwell and others. I do wonder how much of a game changer is the CPX thin capacitor and can Maxwell and others get their revenge and/or teach this "minor irritant" a lesson by focusing on and selling other manufacturers licenced capacitors.
what on earth do you mean ‘I wish i could get my money back?’....investing is a grown up business OS! The shares traded as high as 4.30 on Friday and you could have sold then. Now you bleat as they return to 3p how it’s the same old story?!?!
No it’s not - what hasn’t changed is investor behaviour- especially in AIM - where every jumps in the bandwagon and as soon as the band stops playing jumps off and moves in to the next fast story.
What has changed is a legal judgement giving CPX $5mm and every reason to believe it’s IP is safe. Elon can’t just stamp on CPX because of its size ...the investment case now has IP infringement plus Murata build out plus its existing business which it can grow at a much cheaper cost because of Murata.
The shares flying between 2p and 5p ignore the potential which i continue to say is either lose it all or 20p plus. Enjoy the ride but please don’t bleat like a little girl saying i want my money back!’.
Sorry rant over!
I am afraid it is JH. There has been a lot of talk of the promised land via Maxwell Tech etc etc and I truly hope that will be the case. However I fear there will come a time when Musk will say "what is this irritating wasp buzzing in my ear called CPX" and then decide to stamp on it . Will that time come who knows and more importantly will we see it coming ? I just wish I could get my money back
All rather predictable isn’t it...
Well done eviking . I wish I had the same discipline
Correct. You always get profit takers - that’s how it works. Check the volume compared with Friday. Most are holding. Do are a large dummy sell / buy. Reveals everything
Tysonfury123
I sold today bought at 2.6 sold 3.9 back again soon. The game in Aim is a quick profit.
So if this is all good news, which I hope it is. Why the price drop and why aren’t we all buying another £10Ks worth??
Can see the headlines. Mighty tech giant that’s flying rockets can’t even sort out supercaps without nicking them from an AIM minnow. Ideal PR
Yes James it is most disappointing. Still I am sure there is reasonable explanation for it !! Same old ..same old
Sssshhooo back under that stone Classic. Good lad
James, you are jumping from hot to cold to hot quicker than a kettle.
Hope your right Jimzi would love to see this back to double digits the market seeing it differently today though. Trading update would have been nice from AK just to keep up sentiment from Friday. Maybe later this week
Didn't win a court case in the last 4 years.
It was serious news - if you understand IPR
Share price down 12%...CPX just never seems able to keep hold of any gains. Be back down to 3p by Friday seen it for the last 4 years here !
