He will have to pay more than he could currently get, so that's a positive and this will be based on the sp being much higher than the exercise price at the time. Hopefully indicates confidence in forthcoming sales.
It just needs time, once us approval comes through via Walgreens tie up this will take off

A couple of reviews on Boots.com ... not going to change the world, but it’s a start and we need to build momentum.
I remain convinced that the product is not in question ... Hospital tests proved this and now users are backing this up. My concern is our reach in terms of above the line marketing and distribution.
As others have said a tie up with the NHS is very interesting and exciting. This is also a route that we could really play in and extend into private medical BUPA etc?
The SP is like a yo yo and I have no intention of selling as the potential remains huge. In terms of timelines, who knows! But I think we need to hang in here a while longer. The takeover potential is also another possibility, but I would love us to go alone ... but that could be my heart ruling my head!
GLA
Thoughts?
They need to lower the price. They will have to do that anyway if they get an NHS deal.
a potential HNS link up is huge but will take time.
£2m cash rise must be dwindling as losing c£200k a month as of last results. No news on sales so suspect they are slow.
Really need some decent PR - great product but so little exposure
There is more to this than meets the eye. On a quick look, you would think that it’s all about mylotus. But a careful read and checking out videos will illustrate there is more coming. The testing device itself can be adapted to test for other conditions. Cancer for example. Anything really that can be identified with a sample. The company will likely announce a new product at any moment. So this is a great time to be in before the crowd. It will require some patience obviously. But honestly, this share price could go through the roof with a few rns’s. I like this new ceo; I think there are great moments in store for holders.
This is hardly surprising, the first people to promote it were Dr Larissa Corda of Create fertility, founded by Dr Nargund, both of who started out in the NHS, this is a cheap way to pregnancy and will probably be the first step towards IVF before the hormonal treatment for many women in an effort to reduce costs, I'd be surprised if it wasnt already being trialled
A deal with the NHS has to be the ultimate goal. Matthew Walls background is in fertility clinics so expect B2B activity there before anything with the wider NHS. Either way B2B alongside B2C offers scale and margin (albeit lower) which I'll take anytime if it leads to postive CF and EBITDA respectively.
Good find Andysand
Very well written article by the CEO
Let's hope he can get more published.
There are some hints about NHS involvement here:

I suspect we may hear news of NHS involvement. The NHS offers IVF so this would be a far cheaper option for them. Any hint of the NHS taking part and it will fly.

Failing that, there seems to be something happening behind the scenes that we are (as yet) unaware of. The next few weeks should reveal all.
seem to be picking up a bit here, are we in for another blue day?
It is the wondrous thing about AIM
Some of this rise is purely correction, we went down 8 - 10% the other day to "allow for" a million share volume trade. That being said we still are showing good positive signs, however its not reflected in millions of share buys. This share - and I speak with experience having been here sine +20p days 3+ years ago - fluctuates up and down with not much explanation.
Hopeful for solid news soon. The product is proven and solid
I think his is just a sign of what just might happen.
Ready to take off
Or maybe we're no longer a secret? ;-)
Wonder if somebody knows a secret??
True Ambers but people will take more heed of a magazine article than a full page ad. They have a very compelling story and need to get it out there, even if they have to get some low cost advertorials initially. But once out there it could spread very rapidly imo - all forms of media love a good news, human interest story and, yes, some major players could then take notice.
I still think we are prime for a takeover. If we continue to make noise and start disrupting the market I can see an approach.
We clearly have a ground breaking product that works. But we don't have the reach in terms of distribution or the finance to go above the line with advertising
But are they heading towards break even or a profit??
Very interesting that MW in his recent youtube interview states that the emerging 'service side' opportunities could be significantly more profitable than that for the product itself and that's despite its premium pricing. So, what is that service side? We know that they are providing support when needed by early adopters. So perhaps they've seen the opportunities for the extension and development of that (alone or in partnership I wonder).
In a previous thread and in response to a question about potential take-overs, I suggested that it might not be a company solely focused on fertility related products but might be a private healthcare company interested in 'remote' assessment and diagnostics alongside their high cost, limited throughput hospitals. Now if Concepta go down the service route then not only will they be seen as competition but the opportunities for the private healthcare for using this model will become all the more obvious. Could get interesting.
Should've bought this morning to dilute.
It's climbing back up
Indeed and how come they didn't have to pay more than the ask? A sell of any significance would get less than the bid. The "less tradeable, small volume stock" explanation should work both ways.
…. did the price increase? Of course not! Some small sells can drop it by 14% but large buys have no effect. I know there's lots of exaggeration about MM manipulation but still this is pretty extreme - the company should be checking what's going on.
