Chief Financial Officer - Oliver Laird has purchased 159,601 shares at 6.25
Jason Walsh - Chief Executive Officer has purchased 66611 shares at 6.25
He now has 432,854 shares.
Phoenix sold to reposition into the shares in their portfolio they feel are of greater relative attraction. Check the most recent Aurora Investment trust report for November (trust is run by Phoenix in same fashion as main fund)
No one would manipulate the share price -- especially a company with Phoenix's reputation ?? - :D -- I for one don't think they would - :D -- but time will tell if this share price eventually hits the roof - gl to all honest holders - like me .......
I had this in mind to buy at 6p.
But, Phoenix hold a ton of shares and could drive this down another 50% if they want.
No results due until March. Perhaps a trading update on the way?
Why do think? Are they going to bail out?
Rns shows they have reduced their holding, the large round numbered sales have been from them.
The share sales do look suspicious as they are nice round numbers with no odd bits, 30k 25k 50k in volume each time.
Could be news on the way and the share holders with millions of these pushing the price down for their friends to make a quick buck when it lands.
what is going on here, thought things were turning round and they had got over the worst,52 week low hit today and still seems to be on a downtrend, someone must know something we don`t..
The Vvop does not apply to Blink so Cpp group is in negotiations with uk companies to win contracts via Blink.
Last we heard these were progressing well.
I think a good uk contract win would see this share move tbh.
Not 100% certain.
The business is still subject, i think, to the UK restriction of FCA permissions - the VVOP. that limits regulated activity.
But with Blink and the investment in Asia they seem to be spending money. Until Hamish Ogston and the 2 institutional shareholders do something, they share price will be illiquid.
i have to say I was surprised at the drop a few months ago and cannot understand why. The CEO buying is good sign albeit with his share options, not sure why he would. .
Current story would be appreciated. Thank you
Current story or the back story ?
Back story well publisised in the past.
As to the future, who knows as many have said here recently and over past years - the significant holdings will stifle share price growth albeit the CEO share purchase is interesting.
Know the story behind CPP ?
Looks very interesting
Look as if Blink are busy signing new deals www.insurancebusinessmag.com/ca/news/breaking-news/blink-blue-cross-partner-for-travel-insurance-113994.aspx
Still hold shares -- but cant understand - when a company making millions and now expanding - has share price falling - is it paying employees and other expenses too much?
CPP has been advised that Jason Walsh, Chief Executive Officer has purchased a total of 316,243 ordinary shares
Looks like no-one is interested on the board
Leeds-based financial assistance product provider CPP Group has acquired a majority stake in an Indian business for £2m.
Any news?
It's growing.
A uk contract would be a massive boost
Just seen this online looks promising https://www.insidermedia.com/insider/national/new-pan-asian-partnership-for-blink
over the last couple of days
Yes that is strange. Normally much lower volume gets this share moving considerably.
