@HFB
“ weighted average closing price of the Buyer Shares on the London Stock Exchange in the five Business Days preceding the Business Day prior to Closing”
Friday
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
...are the five business days preceding...
Friday March 12
Which is the business day prior to closing. By my math?
.339
looks like a share raid to me. can now sell 5m for .39
Trading is not how I would expect it given the run WTI /Brent is on currently and that the company is on the cusp of an immediate net production of 1000 - 1500bd and increasing at $42+ netbacks.
Similarities can be drawn from a typical oil explorer drilling a well, but with vastly improved COS, an understanding of production figures and a better netback per barrel. As with those, there is usually some de-risking ahead of the big announcement and it may be that is what is happening in some cases as we draw nearer to the long stop date.
CawCaw
was it not on the 5 days aggregate vwap to" close of deal" which if completed on the last
possible day of the 90 day long stop 15th, would mean all next week surely ?
that should have been 10:58

a very strange day all round, many sites glitching and even more weird just filtered
COPL on the real LSE exchange website and it seems to have put us in the twilight
zone
Not showing a trade after 10:48 am currently , bizarre day
Pure market uncertainty, I would say delayed signing rumour, but no evidence of that. It has drifted the last Cple of days by a %.
Said I wouldn't post again, but these it's a sure done thing people are full of crap.
Be aware, but good luck that they get this across the line.
Remember only death is a Cert, as well ad greedy peoes schenanigans with the price of oil.
First day of the VWAP calc by my math.
Nice to see it in the 30’s and not 20’s. This changes the amount of dilution in a big way:
.36 VWAP = 804,227,778 shares issued
.28 VWAP = 1,034,007,143 shares issued.
That’s an extra 200MM shares we won’t have to buy back later at high prices or otherwise deal with when the time comes to get the float down.
Fingers crossed for 4 more days of .36++ prices.
I am actually thinking lately that the unknown deal status plus expected dilution event are weirding the market out.
Which is good, because it helps me load the boat in advance of the expected completion.
Even if it doesn’t complete, I will be glad to own these shares at this price. Our 15% of atomic is a nice asset and a stepping stone to better things in a rising oil price environment.
Everything looking up. Happy Friday.
0.356 now to buy glad i waited
I3E poster just put oil now crossed oh $69 a barrel

If gathering for sticky hands players like HSBC the more the merrier
