Caw Caw was right even if he didn't say it lol, it does NOT say in the rna it was produced independently,
If you read the disclaimer on the last page of the report it clearly states the report was produced for Copl.
GLA.
Selling took us here...and i think it will soon slowly rise. News when it comes will take us where we should be.
I said nothing of the kind.
These research firms often hold the security they "research", or are paid in other ways, as is explained in their disclosures. I did not claim that Art paid them.
I also did not claim that it is worthless. In fact, everything it said is 100% correct, and probably understated, as far as we know.
What I said was that they stopped short of answering the actual question here: Why does the market think that this is much less valuable than the disclosures so far would suggest?
I don't know, you don't know, Zak Mir doesn't know. Nobody knows.
It's a question that each investor must answer for himself before buying into a nominally "undervalued" stock.
The question is "why is the entire stock market wrong, and I am right? What do I know that the entire stock market does not know -- a statistically improbable situation to say the least!"
Exactly Postie.
How some say we are worth where we are under 30p I don't get ( the market didn't price us here), when everyone knows Hadron dumped us down here all this way, along with some others whom got fed up after waiting 5 months to get their money back.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing and if we all knew it was going to get down to this level for 2 months, we all would have sold out in August, maybe March!
Fair play to those that did sell, made profit and still can make even more money now.
Feel sorry for those that bought above 40p.
Yet the loyal COPLer's are generally no better off after 7/8 months.
Lots of stocks have doubled over the last few months alone, but hey ho, thats the way it goes sometimes.
At some point in the very near future, I do beleive we will be rewarded, its just taken 8 months longer than we thought it would have. We all made plans on the 1 month suspension, I do wish it was over a £1 now so we can all get on with our lives! But I do beleive in COPL, the fundamentals, and do beleive in Art, its not the way some would have gone themselves so far, but it seems there is reasoning as to why its happening, whether we like it or not, its not going to make a difference.
Final peices of the puzzle seem to be coming together.
Best of Luck All - just a bit more patience hopefully.
Caw caw, are you saying that the ARC research was paid for by Art? I don't think that this research should be dismissed in this way and suggested as worthless to a new investor. Zac mire yes maybe is more dodgy but again hardly worthless and expresses common shareholder sentiment.
Just makes a change from the sea of red since relist i spose bob
Nice to see a little Blue finish
Yes and that's with Hadron dumping immediately
Didn't the market price us at 60p on opening.
And probably has gone right already but they won't tell us.
Vivvov the way I see it, there's not much that can go wrong and send the SP even lower. We seem to be at a strong support at current. However, there is a LOT that can go right here.
We just need news and we have been waiting a while for it so entering now could be a good option in my opinion.
@vivvov let me save you some time:
I have read at least the last 10,000 posts (probably way more), plus every filing, disclosure, press release, and tweet going back more years than I care to count.
I can tell you what you would learn if you did the same. Which is nothing.
Nobody knows for sure why it's trading so low, and there are at least twice as many hypotheses as posters.
The paid "professional research firms" create this marketing material stating the painfully obvious: Market thinks this is worth way less than what the filings state it should be worth.
Load at your own risk. (Remembering that the market is technically always right.)
Is Wm Shakter involved?...what is the likelihood of it ending badly?
At the end of Aug COPL were producing 1604 bopd and increasing.
Hello All
Haven't bought any COPL stock yet...however
I read an article fairly recently..Zak Mir stating COPL severely undervalued and due a massive retake...due to the Atomic acquisition and the potential bopd coming on stream. A game changer..from explorer to producer ..massive rerate inevitably due etc.
Then I've been watching the SP go nowhere fast and the rumblings of a number of posters indicating frustration at the lack of info...tumbleweed..about whether the oil will start flowing.
There's a shed load of resources but CEO has, for some inknown reason, not stuck the key in the lock?
Or is it presumably far more complicated?
Apologies in advance for the really basic question.
But fairly new to this and attempting to not make errors/buy into 'punts'
