If a share consolidation takes place, anyone under water will never see their money back.
Hi baserite consolidation 100/1
Have you ever posted a clear understandable message Jextie?
100 to 1 Hope you get rid of !
Good post mcadder.I do believe a raise has to and will occur after a share consolidation nd am not a member of the company going into insolvency crew. However am very critical of ceo’s lack of transparency and re.problems holding this back and negligence to existing shareholders with continuation of burning through previous raised funds at a high end rate when all technical work completed and aware of no incoming income to cover these for any reasonable period of time .Cash burn could be slashed to approx 100,000 dollars a month if office rental issues had been addressed and a real commitment to the project displayed by him in way of a wage sabbatical until revenues incoming.Basicaly that would have given us until approx next April/May to get this over the line before new funds required.Giod housekeeping all a bit beyond the narcissistic Millholland but needs must.Just wondering btw if copl ever received owed funds for all works undertaken on seismic and technicals by copl from Shoreline? And therein lies the question of Kola’s input and obligations.Anyways agreed placing at best for the time being unless of course kola steps to the plate by covering short term finance. Not holding my breath on that one so let’s hope we can drum up some interim cash from the market again which I suppose will be forthcoming if salient issues preventing this going forward are in fact close to resolution.????
I have to agree I think whoever the person is clearly needs help following on from huge losses they've probably crystallized with this share.
However they won't have done themselves any favours with all the threats made and their wishes to see the other remaining shareholders lose money too.
Do I think this is high risk? Of course!
Do I think this project will still progress? Definitely!
Only question is how much will shareholders stand to benefit? If copl is very very close to unlocking required financing and commencing drilling then it would seem pointless throwing in the towel but if another equity raise in the meantime allows that to happen then it must happen. It may mean a further raise that will double the shares in issue but it's better than the other outcomes.
So if that happens and a year from now copl is producing 6k-10k barrels - the likely outcome on the SP is that we'd have to expect a re-rate back to perhaps 0.5p instead of 1p as an example.
Ridiculous post .The poor lad has obviously lost his mind perpetuated no doubt by investing in the likes of copl putting his trust in the likes of Millholland and losing all his monies big time.People like Millholland never think of the trail of human despondency/depression and anxiety they can perpetrate by their deceitful, misleading actions and the huge effects on the smaller pi’s everyday lives which may result.Yes investing in Aim is risky but you do not expect to be totally misled and manipulated by your own ceo who is allegedly acting on shareholders behalf ffs.The whole irony here is unlike many on Aim the end prize here was and still is worth investing in as known by all the prior technical works. Its The shenanigans and brazen disregard for us shareholders by Millholland which are the bitterest pill to swallow .As night follows day this project at some point will happen .Whats hugely in question is if we’re part of it.Back to Harry- I hear police involved but I just hope he receives the appropriate help his mental health condition clearly needs.
springs to mind after watching those wonderful veterans last Sunday.
Trying to kick people who he thinks are down, a dreadful trait, all from behind a keyboard sums him up...his parents must be so proud.
I did report him but most likely too late as he seems to have departed, hopefully taking some of his clones, Mannan and a couple of others with him. That would be great eh Bonehead.
Now, something has sprung to mind that is putting a smile on my face this cold miserable morning. As threatening to blow up the monarchy and the police are slightly more serious than insulting Cathy, his most heinous crime to date apart from simply being annoying, I think the cybercops may be wanting a word with him. So, can you imagine if some from this board had their wish and he and Art became cellmates; how the time would fly.
Happy Sundays
