Excellent post as always Rktech!
Rktech.
Perfect. Just shows how much Undervalued Copl is compared to others.
Current MCap is way too low.
Justto put this in perspective:
This was all well known and the RNS had to be issued today because the shares are being admitted for trading tomorrow. There are also some shares held in Treasury and outstanding warrants at strike prices various.......so let's be Uber pessimistic and say we have 5Bn shares in issue and it makes the sums easier too !!
An example: Sound Energy got to 800m Mcap just because some mouse farted in the Moroccan desert and the company ramp machine hyped it with exotic geological models and champagne presentations, freebie jolly's for PI's etc.
We are sitting around the flanks of a massive hydrocarbon trap with known geology, and all we are waiting for is the word to go. 800m/5Bn = 16p/share. That's being over optimistic but we have the real deal so there's no point in arguing about nickels and dimes.
In the last 10 mins, we have had 15 million buys and 1.52% up. These new shares will be gone no danger.
From the RNS, “Accrued employ wages“, I say again, has anyone thought that the employees might want cheap shares before news?
Seems to be factored in already. Relax folks
Well the Market isn't phased by the RNS. Google showing 1.6 p cent up
MMs can only try.....
where else they going to grab them cheap shares !!
snap on that Oil_Beast but not in private equity now.
As most have already stated, hopefully this is just admin and the churn over the past 2 weeks has already dealt with this.
Still waiting for the elusive close over 0.35
Oil, Thanks. I was looking at it from an investors perspective. MM's will do what they do but key here is PI's seeing it for what it is. I may be missing something here and with your previous knowledge I won't at all be ashamed to be told by you what it is.
I am seriously struggling with the notion of 'delayed despondency'.
Main news still to come...(more than one).
Today RNS...seemed bit of house keeping. Tidying up the total no. Of shares, etc.
Agree. this dropped 2 weeks ago from 0.45 coz of these debt to equity swap Overhang in the first place.
Old news and these shares been already absorbed imo.
Silver you are a top guy.
ATB NE
'You could put a silver lining on the RNS but seriously what’s the point. This will nose dive back to where we were last week on opening. Sorry to be doom and gloom just being realistic,....'
This from the 1st July announcement:
'In a Prospectus approved by the FCA on 26 June 2020, the Company has reserved 411,326,189 common shares in the capital of the Company to be allocated for the settlement of debts to its unsecured creditors, accrued unpaid wages to its employees and the secured Promissory Note due to its CEO at the Placing Price. The Company's intention to enter into these arrangements was outlined in a previous announcement on 13 March 2020. The Company intends to settle these agreements in the coming days.'
Where's the logic? Investors having had that info for two weeks (or since March if someone was to push it) but only when the shares are placed does it suddenly mean something? If it takes that long for people to react to news it's going to be a field day for those who don't wait.
These already been issued....just being added to the total tally of shares today on LSE as per prospectus.
Anybody selling on old news must be daft....
It was in the prospectus. Debt free now. :)
And those being downbeat clearly dont read RNS or understand the system. This is known info
If the shares were to become worthless then I'm sure the people receiving them in lieu of wages/payments etc would have declined them. This to me is good news and shows confidence in the organisation by people who should be "in the know".
Agree that this could have waited for 3 days when 2 RNS could have been issued on the same day. One bad and one good. Clearing debt also makes us more attractive if anyone is thinking of a takeover. That would be nice
I know, I hold my hands up to that, this has already been confirmed.
I don’t see it as bad news just frustrating
And do we think the main RNS will still follow this week?
People ask to be kept informed abut what is happening, they are informed by an announcement on the 1st July but take no notice of the contents.
We survived on thin air for 8 months, people are owed money. Now we are on the road to recovery that debt needs to be repaid and this has been quite clearly stated previously as being the vehicle to do so. Anyone trying to push it as bad news perhaps needs to better understand the company and their own prior research abilities. This is nothing new to those who can read. Harsh but true.
Completely agree - why not arrange for this to be added to the market during the next big potential rise, at least have some liquidity when doing it, everyone has already piled in at these levels for weeks and now we will only see pressure on the price. 0.28 here we come again
Yes, the debt for equity swap was detailed in the RNS released on 1st July and within the Prospectus. It was known about. Unfortunate but necessary to clear the books. A chunk of it will be going to Art and employees so I'd expect them to be largely held on to.
