or if you take it the other way 1,500,000,000 joined up half warrants made whole
excised at 0.26p for £3.9m
Since suspension 1,553,330,00 excised either way more than that placing with
warrants
so the total warrants excised march- current is already higher than the 0.26p
£3m warrants issued with the £6m placing, older warrants also being excised
with as in those earlier posts other at 0.15p and 0.39p on the books in the
last year , others before who knows could not be arsed to go further back lol
:))
only other thing was the £4m in shares to be payed to the ex owner at 5 day
vwap just prior to suspension which would have been around 1,150,000,000
at around 0.35p ish but they where issues not warrants
:))
see my 21:24 Dec to current and 22:08 back to June 2020 posts
:))
£6 million at 0.20p is 3,000,000,000
£3 million W 0.26p is 1,153,846,153
---------------------------- 4,153,846.153 total for all
where you getting another 2.25b from ?
:))
HFB, the £6ml + £3ml raise = approx 4.5bl shares with 1/2 warrants attached is approx 2.25bl warrants. Looks like 75% have been converted thus far.
and the companies became bomb proof as the only responsibility they where left
with was to copy and paste the TR1 on receipt to the market via the rns news wire
ASAP
They play games and send one and done or do not bother as now no longer have
a threshold holding after being up down and all around it
Company can't relay fresh air if they do not send any until it suits them
:))
as said before no excuse AMGO founder dumped his 50% at 1% per day for 50 sessions
and duly sent out a TR1 for each and every 1% the next day every day
old rule had a time line so was expected every threshold , every time in 1-4 days
the 4 basically if the weekend got in the way lol
:))
Hardon had a large chunk of the placing so would have large chunk of the warrants
and as we know from the 10th Mar or Apr TR1 , total toilet paper they reported all
done in one day 10th with the rns our just after lunch on a day where the entire
volume on the Stock Exchange was half of what they supposedly dumped at brekky
and faxed form to Copl for nomad clearance by lunch
Total pencil whipped fantasy Island , over several sessions we all endured watching
and multiple thresholds each one should have been a separate TR1
The system was broken in 2018 and the give them an inch they take the ****
became the rule of thumb
:))
went back to last summer but we have had a lot of placings in the past few years
and many will probably have legacy warrants that where still hanging in the wind
the numbers excised are beyond recent issues, so god knowns how many more
may still be awaiting excise
would not have thought to many more as usually these days warrants tend to be
1 or 2 year take them or not deals
Would imagine Arty and the rest have a good few OPTIONS also waiting in the wings
no wonder the overhang seems endless lol
:))
It’s what I was thinking HFB, more must be being exercised as we speak.
had a little look further back found
Sep 29th 2020 341.6m options to be excised at 0.35p
July 20th 2020 Warrants issued 32.5m at excise price of 0.39
July 07th 2020 Warrants issued 9.97m at excises price of 0.15p
July 01st 2020 Warrants issued 3 lots 100m , 25m and 16m at 0.39 valid until July 2022
June 29th 2020 Warrants issued 12.5m
So clearly other warrants hanging in the background at least 0.15p and 0.39p prices
and probably have those options taken up at 0.35p in an rns soon also
Perhaps knowing what's coming some of them have excised and waiting like the rest
of us especially resident market scumbag twins joined at the hip YA / RGO who own
the 141m from 1st July 2020 between them they like to cash in at each and every
opportunity presented
:))
a TR1 must be due from the seller
Those last 3 today £933.59k and 290m shares a huge chunk shifted again
churn has to end one day , tomorrow another day but let hope they have
****** off before our deeps, Nigeria or fingers crossed mega Q3 results land
:))
From the RNA messages listed in InvestEgate we had
30th December £6 million 0.20 placing 3,000,000,000 shares
plus 1/2 Warrants £3m at 0.26 = 1,153,846,154 shares
9th March 0.32p placing 4,375,000,000 shares
Fyi Arty got 57.5m shares and roughly 28m Warrants in that Dec 30th deal
so that was a nice ave down from his old 2-3p shares years ago lol
warrants excised
10 Mar 12.5m
24 Mar 25m
31 Mar 62.5m
13 Apr 2.5m
05 Jul 525m plus 25m additional shares for fees
29 Jul 120.83m
25 Aug 802.5m
Make that a total of 1,550.33m Warrants plus 25m fee payment
so clearly more warrants now excised than for the £3m at 0.26, the excess must
be old placing lower prices warrants as a secondary placing to main placings in
the past or other awards in recent years
:))
