Having looked over the CUDA assets this weekend, im feeling very positive about COPL moving rapidly forward with this now, ive had a Top Up today, on the back of the research , i think Chesapeake Energy may have missed an opportunity here

88E is an example of continuously digging in oil rich fields and finding water.
Maybe they are in the wrong business, I hear bottled water is flying off the shelves……
ThePragmatist....."88e is my example of the shorting" you got to be joking with that statement, what utter Bolerks.
88e is my example of the shorting that happened and hammered the share, or am I missing something.
Many thanks
Does anyone know the shorts on this share ?
Just doing a bit if research and there were huge shorters on them recently and their price crashed.
I am in vested for long term but there's only one comment about possible shorting on this share.
The reason I ask Art bought shares in the company, was that a red herring as the value was minimal.
Just my thoughts.
Glalth
hah 'truth is like poetry and most people f***ing hate poetry. Finally we've found a really good excuse for all his lies haha. Obviously jk. I think Arthur's trail was not just easy meaningless walk about but rather extreme cliff hiking full of hyenas and Creon's dilemas. Hopefully that long way was truly transformative for the company and our mysterious leader.
" i'm selling you buildings insurance while your house is on fire " perhaps that is what Art has been trying to tell us !!!!!
I’d rather think we are the main characters of big short. No one believed but it’s actually happened
Fair play yacht.
Them lot seem to have little faith in Art, diluted to the hilt some of them, so I guess justified I guess. I sure do hope we don’t suffer the same fate.
Timing as ever is everything, would be nice to have timed this right, I’m hopeful of that.
@wwal17 only one of my pensions. I still have my final salary scheme and other pensions. I don't need much of a rise in SP to hit my lifetime allowance. The upside benefits far outweigh the downside risk. Oil is the commodity to be in at the moment. Next week should be interesting.
That's certainly true with COPL.
Next week should be the most important so far.
Hope were5 all smiling this time next week
Fortune favours the brave - nobody makes money easy!
@yacht - the Canadian board, they were astounded you invested your pension on this, proper sniped at the decision, I hope they eat their words.
What is the conversion rate?
The amount owed is in USD the amount collected is in CAD
From the report, if the proceeds from the sale of Cuda's assets were $24.3m. Then lets say the Canadian assets sold for $4m that leaves $20.3m for Wyoming. Less the $3.6m owed to SWP that gives a net cash figure of $16.7m.
I think I guessed $16m paid cash.
So I am happy with that!
Start date of March 1st we’ve already benefited to the tune of 3,750,000 extra net revenue assuming production is still around 1700-1900 bopd range.
Yes so 18.6 ish usd, they had 180,000 cad in cash on hand, and we were paid our full lein. Got to assume Canadian asset anything from 300,000-1m (valued at 8m)
Interim figures transaction proceeds cad$24,300,252.
I appears that this is for the Canadian and US assets.
Look at the amount FTI collected on here http://cfcanada.fticonsulting.com/cuda/reports.htm
Gives a clear indication of how much was collected
$17-18 million cash, plus we’re repaid $2-3 million in debt to us.
Oh ok, I did try and find out myself but couldn’t find anything if , imo he gets it for anything under $40 million it will be a tremendous achievement
GLA LTH I will await the news in this before investing further
We don't know. Still confidential information !
Could someone tell me how much we are actually buying the Cuda assets for??, will influence my decision on how much more i invest into COPL
GLA LTH Thank you
