As the saying goes HFB, one mans scrap is another’s tresure
Hoping. Good weekend too you as well.
I guess we have to look at it this way, if something was seriously off we'd have HSBC vacuuming up shares and inserting their own man on the board. They took a huge chunk of this considering the size of the company.
On previous form, then can expect the shares to be added before the end of this month:
Can be seen that Tennyson & AM use the superlative ‘within the next 12 months’ rather glibly as per their recent 9th March RNS when ‘within 12 months the placing for 4.0B OS will be accredited to the register & the accumulative totals will be 14.2B’ and that by the 30th March the RNS for the HSBC holdings then shows 14.8B totals…
Rather cheap ‘smoke & mirrors’ which does absolutely nothing for AM’s already low credibility in all things administratively. Hopefully though, his technical credibility is still streaks ahead of the skill sets required to run an office.
That would feed into MMs willing to take any number of sells early this morning

The initial flooding by Cuda's wells gas supply also fell behind schedule, should have been up
and running with the 2nd stage (our current operations) following on Q3/Q4 2020, if I recall
that was around the time the first stage, finally had all in place but due to the much lower
flooding rates , also did not have the bigger impact they had hoped for.
The impact we saw up until August and again in the latest rna message update, once more
exceeding expectations (original plan 10-20% monthly increases)
No doubt , we will re rate eventually, too much progress not to but we are stuck, until he stops
playing with poor financial options of dumping lenders , vice supportive investors that stick
around and allow the Market Cap to rise and with it the SP
Not his blinkered , Market Cap rising and only the share base going up with it, the SP rangebound
Fingers crossed this is the last big dilution and once sorted both the company and sp can flourish,
on all the ever growing list of positive news flow, now expected throughout 2022 GLA
:))
Catch ya Monday - Expecting two news drops next week
unless he finds his pen for Sedar first this evening
Yes I was looking for a date, all I could find was:
Applications will be made to the FCA for the Placing Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities within the next twelve months, in accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.4.
So don't really know when or how it affects things.
When will these shares be added to the register?
Could not see a date for this in his RNS

Problems for Atomic probably pre date those prices, the last super cycle hit WTI $165
before crashing back to around $12 and settling around $20, they probably cracked on
with all the wells drilled and infrastructure, looking forward to reaping those big rewards
once all in place and oil recovered into another cycle , just did not happen in time for them.
Cuda entered in 2018 and in their own 2019 brokers notes, stated they had identified 8 layers
on our acreage (appears we still have 1 to come, 6 deeps + Shannon) it also said cuda had drilled
around a dozen additional wells , as the initial flooding Gas supply, with more production wells
to come on line during 2019/20
They also invested heavily from the outset and fell victim to the next boom not coming quickly
enough to save them
their loss , turning into copl's gains (at some point lol)
:))
No doubt, Arty will test the waters for CNOOC 's holding.
They are as state as it comes, originated as the Chinese National Offshore Oil Company
before spreading its wings Worldwide.
He said they had no interest in the Deeps Pilot well, that might change now declared a double
discovery , Dakota and the potentially massive, "under most of our acreage" multiple Frontier
layers.
If USA laws , lead them to deciding to depart, pretty sure Arty will be knocking on the door with
an eye to another knock down deal for a quick sale lol
:))
Will we get CNOOC as well?
Al Jazeera -Chinese companies that list on United States stock exchanges must disclose whether they are owned or controlled by a government entity, and provide evidence of their auditing inspections, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on Thursday.
The rule advances a process that could lead to more than 200 companies being kicked off US exchanges and could make some Chinese companies less attractive to investors.
One thing I would add is we got the deal at WTI $39, where they even making money?
Also, a few months prior WTI was $29 - oil producers were paying companies to take oil off site.
Amidst all this, Atomic owner ran out of money, COPL were there right place, right time.
Thanks illusion
Good morning Makkamick,
could i steer you to tedoboys excellent posts from wedensday evening he covered all the ground you are intersted in including possible costs and there effects.
Tiburn & Illusions
Now that the initial hysteria concerning the placing has largely faded, perhaps it would be a good time to revisit the COPL fundamentals based on a CUDA acquisition.
My take is that the purchase is going to cost around $6 million more than anticipated, necessitating the placing.
Again I don't want to put you on a spot , but your opinions would be appreciated.
my only concerns are , the price of oil is falling, though I recently saw an article saying that it could reach £150 next year, and that there must be good reasons why CUDA has gone into receivership, and Atomic was obtained at a bargain, was it because they couldn't make a go of it , if so why do we think COPL can?
again your thoughts would be appreciated.
